went on easier than expected, with 1 small bubble that was easy to remove

The product is good but best buy representative implemented it did not do a good job. I still see bubbles on the edge of my phone.

Service was quick, courteous and excellent as always. I came in to have a tempered glass cover added to my Mom's phone. Always best to have a professional do it, else I will find myself paying for a replacement! :)

Worth the extra money to have BB install it, as well. Have had a few issues from the shield not liking the temperature change (I ride bicycles and keep it on my handle bar in all weather). This has caused shrinking and stretching, and BB has been great about replacing it with no issues. The screen protects the glass and BB backs up their statements. Would definitely purchase again.

I've used Zagg for awhile. I have replaced several over the course of years on my Samsung Note 8. If the Invisible Shield the would crack or need replacement, I sent back to Zagg for replacement. They charged 9.99 to ship. I love that I purchased one for my Samsung S21 Ultra and Best Buy let me know that if I need replacement, I return to store and they will give me a replacement. I won't have to pay 9.99 for shipping.

If you are looking for something in the mean time to place on your screen to protect it, then it'll do. The price for this is way too much given the quality. Within a day I could see some scratches on the screen, granted it did not screen the actual screen, but given the price I would of expected it to hold up a little better.

I always make sure to get Zagg screen shields on my phones. The can run a little pricey, but the free replacements will always make it worth it for me

The only screen protector i will buy! Buy ot once at Best Buy and they replace for free if it cracks, wears out, edges get ratty. This k One replaced a protector i had on for 3 yrs. 100%recommend!

I was worried for my screen but this screen protector has protected my screen! Ive dropped it on rocks and the floor and my screen hasnt cracked! I will buy again soon since the rocks did cut it up. I would recommend to save your screen!
