It was recommended I purchase this by the BB associate for my LG Lucky, he stated that it was far better quality than any others . He stated it came with everything I needed including a cutter which it didn't include. He stated that it would be clear as glass when it was installed....it isn't. He also said it wouldn't affect the touch screen sensitivity which was also false. Only reason it got one star is there are no negative stars. The lousy part is it's not like it can be returned even though it's junk

ZAGG has poor customer service if you mess up the application of this product. Take your time and install properly. Will not be perfectly clear when on cell phone (bubbles etc)

Caution: The details currently listed on this product showing that it has a lifetime warranty is incorrect. If you dig through the 20 tabs of warranty information on the Zagg website you eventually find this little detail "What products are covered under the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee?All invisibleSHIELD types excluding ZAGG Privacy and the Universal Screen Protector." When you contact customer support they argue that the 3pk should more than give you enough shields to work with. (The one I ordered was a FFUNIPRO2PK so it only contained 2 but that made no difference.) Incidentally the warranty for all Invisible shields doesn't cover errors in installation like bubbles or misalignment (either of these cause the shield to fail) or any potential alteration to the shield. So if you misalign it, you void the warranty, if you try to trim a sliver off so it will not keep catching on things and peeling off, you void the warranty. So apparently it is warranted against dremel tools, keys, bolts and other things they snow in the video but not people trying their hardest to make the shield work on their phone. In truth though, if you can get the shield to go on perfectly, the thing is perfect. I have one that BestBuy installed on my HTC Innspire 2 yrs ago and it still looks like brand new. However the two different attempts to put the universal on my wife's Samsung Reverb failed within three months. If you don't have a case that covers the edges of the shield, it will fail as dirt and debris gets caught under it. Once that starts, the thing is doomed. My advice, if you need the universal, save your money and buy a more affordable product that offers similar protection. The high price on Zagg invisible shields primarily for the "good" warranty is completely wasted on this product. BestBuy, please update the details of this product to reflect that it does not have a lifetime warranty.

These shields rock. they"re easy to apply and are easy to see through even in direct sunlight.

I used this product to replace my previous cover which had been on for nearly a year. Within one week of putting this on, I found that the corners and edges were beginning to peel with dirt and dust getting underneath. This was not the quality I had gotten from my first brand, unfortunately I don't remember what that brand was.

Other than occasionally delaying the response time on touch phone screens it is a great protectant!

Product works okay. Pretty expensive for what it is.

I bought this for a use on a Droid. After seeing what I was up against with the ZAGG installation I opted to go without. So far the Droid screen has proven very durable and scratch resistant, so I think I'll be fine without any additional protection. If it turns out I do need something, I'm sure there'll be new pre-cut screen shields available for my phone in the very near future, that will be much more user-friendly.

Do not buy this horrible product. I have iPOD touches and have used different shields for them, but I just got a Pre and due to the "too good to be true" claims on the packaging, I bought this useless product. I am sure it would be a little easier to install on a flat screen such as an iPOD, but the Pre is impossible. They give you a pouch with water in it, but don't tell you it's water, to use to "sponge" the shield and your fingertips. This does absolutely NO good. As soon as you try to remove the shield, it sticks to your fingers like fly paper. It is impossible to line up. WORTHLESS! Save your money. If something looks too good to be true, it is. I have done very intricate auto detailing in the past and have been very successful with it. This experience felt like I was trying to make a watch out of play-doh. Stay Away!

Bought for my Motorola DEFY. Too grippy (fingers don't slide, making a swipe interface useless unless you powder your fingers) and throws off phone's finger position sensors such that typing text and playing games is infuriating. Product packaging is also excessive and wasteful. Best Buy refused to give me a refund because I opened the package, ZAGG refused to give me a refund because I didn't buy it from them.
