I have never been so disappointed with a product. Screen protectors are usually tricky to apply but this was beyond difficult. After finally getting it on all of the bubbles would not come out. While applying, I only touched the corners of the product but the whole thing looks smudged and dirty. This smudged look will not clean off. The feeling of the protector is sticky which ruins the fluidity of the device. Completely upset. I don't know why Best Buy would even carry this product. Product should get zero stars. I really want my money back. Now I have to purchase another screen protector. On a side note.....the Pembroke Pines, Florida, store needs some better customer service training. Apparently Best Buy will install the screen protector but the person that gave me this product never said anything. The store was not busy so most of the employees were standing around having their own conversations and not helping customers.

The instructions to install are poor and you have to spray liquid on the film to get it to stick. I can't believe you're suppose to get liquid all over your new tablet with the possibility of ruining it in the process. Would never purchase again. Does not adhere well.

Sometimes screen protectors will lessing the quality of the screen display...this one does not.

Its a good screen protector, its smooth but the pary that I don't like is that its too sticky

The screen protector does what it says only when installed properly. THIS SCREEN REQUIRES PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. I would NEVER buy this again without professional installation.

I would recommend this for anybody who purchase a tablet.

Once you fail to attach the flexible sheet on the screen, never try to detach it again. If you do it again, you must buy another one.

i found it barely acceptable because of the need to apply a soap like solution to the film prior to applying it to the tablet.

This product seems to be just a waste of money, it is so sticky that it pulls every bit of trash with its stickiness.

Have to go back for a new one and have store install it, very expensive,or purchase a cheaper one.

I paid for installation of this shield , but it was done incorrectly, it stated showing bubbles

I was unable to install this shield on my tablet. Even though I used the spray, it became covered in my fingerprints and also kept sticking together.

I guarantee there was a better way to place this on the screen than how I did it. Still, I don't like it.
