The form & finish is deceptively fine. After having paid the $8 installation fee with the Geek Squad, I waited an extra 45 minutes beyond the half hour promised for the Zagg to be applied to my new phone. I was advised to wait 3 days before putting my phone into the Otterbox case I also bought, as it may interfere with the adhesion. After the waiting period (a very risky time period considering my past phone handling record), I installed the Otterbox case (awesome product) & the Zagg popped off half way through my first day of use. It fractured when it hit the floor in the lab of my employer, comically as I showed it to my boss. A curved screen requires a protective guard with some great engineering design, this wasn't it. I only rely on the Otterbox, my screen is still vulnerable.

I've had zagg products on previous phones with little issue. However, this curved glass protector is very poorly executed. Both my wife and myself are having problems keeping the shield on the phone. It is barely adhered to the screen. Zagg needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.

Zagg makes good product but really doesn’t last you pay alot

It fell 3 feet from my gyn locker and hit the tile floor, smashed and flew off the phone. First fall and it's destroyed. BUT, it did protect the phone. I am invoking the manufacturer warranty replacement and trying the sapphire hybrid glass model which some say is more resistant to shatter.

I got this cover for my phone but, it broke after a few days. But, Zagg is really good in their commitment to replace the item, it is already on the way to my address as I write this after I paid for the shipping.

Adhesive failed after a few days, now i have dust between cover and screen. Really messes with touchscreen. However Zagg is swapping me out for new Saphire glass at N/C. This is on a Galaxy S8+. The 2 star is only because Zagg has shown good customer support. Otherwise 1 Star for product.

The Zagg screen is great. I had one for my old phone and it saved my screen several times. It came with a nice installation fixture for fast and accurate installation.

This shield protects our phones. We only use Zagg and they will replace it only for $6 shipping. Worth it to keep phone screen from scratches and cracked. I also like that it is curved. Protects the whole screen.

I typically read reviews, but this was n impulse buy for my new phone. The installation was extremely simple. A little plastic line up tool is provided. You peel the back sticker, drop it on and voila! Perfectly applied. Now that's the only good thing about this product. It is definitely not case friendly. I kept hearing a clicking sound. So I replaced the case. Same thing happened. The screen protector eventually cracked on the second day. Zach replaced it and I tried case number 3 & 4... Same problem. So I tried without a case. I heart clicking when I tap the upper left corner. It is also difficult to access the notification bar. I am removing the screen protector & trying a different brand. So basically, don't buy this. I've already wasted my money so you don't have to.

It will not stay on the Samsung S8+. It pops off immediately

Within 2 weeks of purchase, I dropped my phone from about 6" onto a desk. My screen protector popped off and doesn't want to stay attached after reapplying. On the Galaxy S8+, there is only a very thin strip of adhesive around the outside perimeter holding the whole screen protector on -- very different than my Galaxy S6 protector that had adhesive on the whole piece. A couple of days later, my husband dropped his phone from about 4' onto a parking lot and the screen protector broke (not surprising), but it didn't protect the phone's display from also cracking. Both screen protectors were professionally installed by Best Buy specialists. I was happy with my ZAGG purchase for my old Galaxy S6, but I would definitely not recommend it for the Galaxy S8+ with its curved edges.

When first installed it was great. But it starts to wear off.

I installed according to directions. I have installed many screen protectors on each of my phones so I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about what I'm doing. This protector sticks to the phone around the edges only. I pressed down pretty firmly and still could see the adhesive. It was distracting from the beautiful edge design of this S8+. I decided to give it a few days to self adhere as some screen protectors need. Instead of getting better, it got worse. Lint, dust and little pieces of hair got stuck to the adhesive around all the edges. Also, there was a milky sheen to the screen so that when the screen was off, it didn't appear black. It was also slightly noticeable when the screen was on. I ended up returning it and thankfully, Best Buy accepted the return.

I got this screen protector installed at Best Buy and it worked great... the first day. By the second day the shield has slid over and had dust under it. It did protect my phone though! I dropped it a week later and the shield took the impact and cracked... saving my screen!

Having broken the glass on my S7 Edge, I am a big fan on having a cover on the glass. This is a good product, but because it is made of glass, it has a tendency to want to pop up slightly near upper edges

Installed when I first purchased the GS8+. It collects dust and lint around the edge. It feels very smooth and is smudge proof. The only real issue I have is the color change with it on. I compared a GS8 without a screen protector on and noticed a distinctive difference. I'm banking that it protects my phone from any future screen issues.

I bought two, one is great. The other chipped and feel off.

Reading the reviews I was a little hesitant on purchasing this product but I decided to have one of the rep from Best buy put it on my phone and I hv had no issues. I switch my case and still no issues.

The glass screen seems to not want to stick on the sides.

Very easy to install. Don't let the instructions scare you! I've had other glass shields and they work great. Shield shatters, but not the phone's screen.
