Customers are saying

Customers value the excellent screen protection and relatively easy installation of the InvisibleShield Glass Curve Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S8+. However, many customers reported issues with the adhesive's longevity and the screen protector's overall durability. Some also commented on the price point and fitment challenges. While clarity and scratch resistance were generally praised, concerns regarding the product's lifespan remain.

The product was a huge disappointment. I was aware of the bad reviews before purchasing it. But wanted to take the chance considering they provided life time replacement. So after a couple of days after applying the tempered glass onto my phone I dropped the phone from about a meter from floor. It was a very soft drop but the tempered glass shattered so badly. Now I got to know that I won't get a replacement unless I send my old glass to them which I've already disposed. So basically I've spent $35 down the drain.

Has difficulty keeping on my phone, broke after a fall from a chair less than 3 ft. ZAGG did replace but I had to pay 9.99 for shipping. Probably the true cost of the screen.

I have had Zagg protectors before and they worked well. Got these when my wife and I got our new phones. Hers cracked after a 12" fall. It did protect the phone. Contacted Zagg and had to pay the $9.99 to get a new one under the warranty. New one came, went to Best Buy to have it installed and it was broken in the package. Mine fell off my phone within 6 weeks of owning it. Not worth paying the $10.00 every time for a new one and having to go thru the hassle of sending the old one back. Many other options out there for glass protectors that actually fit and stay on the phone.

I've had to replace my glass protector twice. The adhesive isn't as good as it should be and once your protector comes off, you can forget about it.

I have the galaxy s8+ and I think the curve of the screen affects the fit of the screen protector. It seems to pop whenever I have to press firmly to unlock my phone. A lot of dust and grime seems to have already accumulated under the edges. Other than that I have no complaints.

This would be a great screen protector if it stayed adhered to the phone. The curved edges on the phone do not allow for a good connection.

This glass screen protector does its job in protecting the display. Your finger glides across it very easily (unlike plastic film screen protectors), and it's very easy to clean. It seems to do fine with the better quality phone case brands. I have tried several Spigen and Speck cases without any interference between the case and the protector. My biggest complaint is you have to press harder on the screen for your touch to register. Swiping is no problem, and it seems to pick that up, but pressing on a link or a button requires a heavier touch. This is probably the case for all glass screen protectors. The salesman at BestBuy "installed" my screen protector for me and I guess he wasn't as careful as I would have liked, as you can see that areas along the edges aren't making full contact with the screen and dust is beginning to collect in these gaps. Some day, I guess enough dust will get underneath and it will need to be replaced.

Had this put on my Samsung when I first bought it. From a sitting position my phone slid onto a carpeted floor, the top corner of the glass shield was shattered and cracked across the front. This shield only adheres to your screen around the edges and not on the entire screen. I got the Sapphire Shield as a replacement and like it much better. Love Zagg products, but the glass shield needs some improvements.

Got this shield on the advice of the salesperson. Have had better ones before by Zagg but not sure they have too many for the 8+. One week after I got it, my phone dropped. It saved the phone screen but the shield shattered and popped off. Yes, it saved my phone which is great but I didnt think it would come off that easy.

I've been using zagg products for years to protect my phones. I usually tell everyone that I know to use zagg. This screen protector does not live up to the zagg standard at all. The adhesive is only a very thin strip around the edge. This means that on the very first fall the glass screen protector shatters and pops off. I and my two daughters all have the galaxy s8+ and used this on all of the phones. All 3 have been replaced a few times and it did not fully protect the screen on the phone. Both of my daughter's screens cracked despite having the zagg cover in place. It is sub standard compared to the rest of the products I've used. Do not buy this. In zagg's defense though, when I called in to tell them I was upset with their product they offered me a free upgrade to the sapphire defense screen protector and it is great! Their customer service was awesome.

Protects the screen, but has issues

I had the screen protector installed on my S8+ by the Best Buy salesman and he did a good job. Although it does protect the screen, there are some problems. The protector has a slight gap between it and the phone screen. This results in having to press harder to register touches. The screen protector also makes an audible "click" in several spots as the it flexes toward the phone screen when you press it, and then rebounds. The thickness of the glass protector, plus the air gap between the protector and the phone screen, raises the protector higher, and results in most cases I have tried not having enough "lip" on the bottom and top to keep the glass from touching the surface when laying the phone face down. The only case I found so far with barely enough lip is the Otterbox Commuter. The Speck Presidio Grip also had enough lip, but that case was very hard to put on and take off so I didn't keep it. Overall, I like the fact that the phone screen is protected, but the drawbacks of this screen protector are many. I think it is mostly a result of the Samsung curved edge screen design. From what I have read, most, if not all, glass screen protectors have similar problems on this phone. On a positive note, so far in the two weeks I have had it, the protector is still adhering to the phone and hasn't come off, despite the adhesive being only on the edges.

It fit and Stuck perfectly on the main portion of the screen. The edges were a different story. I couldn’t get it to stick to either sides.

I have bought this screen protector for both my phones, but both phones broke anyway. One where it is cut out for the camera and the other when dropped, cracked the bottom of the screen. I would still purchase this though as it is better than having nothing on it at all and I believe the breaks would have been much worse had I not had the protector on the phones.

I have bought other Zagg HD Glass products before and have always had good experiences. This model; however, needs work and improvement. I bought one, it simply came off in about a week and I didn't even notice. When I did notice i brought the box back and asked if I could get a replacement. They wouldn't and said I needed the hd glass protector.i explained why I didn't have it and that didn't matter. I purchased a second one... paid to have Geek Squad install it. It fell off again with out me noticing in less than a week. I bought a 3rd one, but this time Best Buy at least gave me a few dollars off and they didn't re-charge me for the geek squad installation. Within a week the HD Glass slid on the phone screen. I put it back in place and so far it has stayed (going on 4 weeks)... however... the HD glass has already cracked from sliding off of my lap less than 2 feet onto a carpeted surface. I think they nees to redo this product. I thunk the curve is causing structural weakness and not allowing it to stay on the phone. The best buy customer service reps even said they were seeing a lot of returns with this oroduct for the same reason. I supoose im gonna give it one more go for the free replacement (since I have bought 3 of them... at least I can get my moneys worth)

I'm impressed with the clarity of the glass. However, small dirt particles catch underneath the glass on the top of the phone. Maybe it's not properly installed but it doesn't seem to have the best fit.

The screen protector broke after 3 months. I did not drop my phone i simply pulled my phone out of my pocket i found the case to be broken the only other thing i had in my pocket were my keys. it may have lifetime warranty but it does not cover the shipping cost which is 10$-31$ depending on when you want the replacement.

THIS PRODUCT HELPS WITH SCRATCHES AND TO AN EXTENT PROTECT YOUR SCREEN. BUT I DROPPED MY PHONE ON THE CARPET AND IT SLIGHTLY HIT THE CORNER OF A WALL AND IT CRACKED THE PROTECTOR. ONLY HAD IT ON FOR 3 DAYS. ALSO THE ADHESIVE IS ONLY ALONG THE EDGES AND NOT ON THE FULL SCREEN. SO IT EVENTUALLY CAME OFF COMPLETELY.

The protector itself was easy and fast to install. I was delighted until it popped off the phone within a week. There was no external cause for it to come off, such as a drop, etc. Zagg support was quick to send a replacement and the replacement has been in place for two weeks with no issues. I guess time will tell.

I had to get a new phone because my iPhone screen broke for the 3rd time, when I bought my new Samsung phone I asked what I could get to protect it. The sales lady (which was really cool) showed me this product and said it had lifetime warranty and she had already gotten a replacement once. Installation was a pain because the instructions are dummy and the online video they reference was not for the same model but somehow I managed to install it without any bubbles so I was happy. It's been over a month and I have dropped my phone a couple of times and I don't see any scratches so all good. It is expensive but very thick and good quality so I am happy.
