I should've listened to the reviews I read before purchasing this, but I didn't like the thought of not having my new phone protected. The associate at the store put it on for me so I assure you instalation is not the issue. This is a design issue. The protector only has adhesive around the very edge of it. Right away I noticed I had to press the screen abnormally hard and it wasn't very responsive. There was constantly a small crackling sound as i was pressing. Within several hours the protector came undone from the screen. Returned the item to the store.

for $50 it should work. Didnt last 2 weeks before peeling off. Then like $50 isnt enough they want you to pay shipping to replace their garbage.

This is a poorly designed product fell off my phone within a day. Cracked within a week just from being inside my pocket. Dead spots all over the screen. I WANT MY 50 DOLLARS BACK... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS PRODUCT IS EXCREMENT

This screen protector does not stick to the phone and it came off when I dropped my phone on the floor. Now I have a screen protector that is cracked in 2 places. This was a total waste!

I was hesitant as I heard the fit w/ many cases wouldn't be ideal. But, I picked this up and also an OtterBox Defender for my S8+. I actually put the OtterBox on first, then installed the screen protector. It's stayed on nicely...in fact...I can see the adhesive on the edges..but w/ the OtterBox's slight lip around the left and right side, it prevents it from catching or falling off. Love it so far!

I bought this from Best Buy to try and protect my investment with a case and TG. What a WASTE of money! The touch was terrible from the beginning and never worked right. It started cracking i the corner never dropping it within a couple days. And then about a week later cracked again in the middle still never dropping it. I tried to do a warranty replacement not really sure why because it will still not work right and they want me to PAY for shipping for it?? What a joke!

Even after reading bad reviews on this screen protector I purchased one thinking maybe it was just the people putting it on wrong, but it really doesn't matter even if you followed the directions that came with it or the video Zagg has. Its not falling off my screen but the adhesive doesn't fully stick and I have small gaps on the edges and corners so now there is dust under the screen protector. I'm wondering how long will it take before it falls off.

I have been a long time Zagg customer. I purchased this screen protector for my new Galaxy S8+. I was very disappointed with this product. It seems there is not enough adhesive for product to stay attached. I had the cases for about 2 months and had to request a replacement because I did drop my phone on a soft chair and the product came off. Ordered a replacement and same issue. This is the first time that I have had a problem with Zagg's products.

The worse screen protector I've ever bought. No touch sensitivity at all. I have to press hard to make my phone register my touch. Secondly, you can see the adhesive around all the edges.

Horrible product. I just bought 2 of these. 1 for me. 1 for my wife. I followed the instruction just like I always have with zagg. Huge fan of zagg but not anymore. Within 1 day the screens were peeling away from the edges. 1 phones popped off and is now ruined and the other one has peeled off just enough to allow dust to get underneath. I would not recommend buying this product until the issue if fixed with the adhesive.

Salesman pushed hard on this when I bought my S8+ but wished I read reviews here and other sites first. Does not stick well to the edges of S8+. And you see lines along the edge. Zagg did replace with the better Sapphire model that Best Buy didn't even have but that one came with a different mounting process (no tray like prior) and did worse on the edges. Not sure I will spend the $10 shipping for another replacement.

Been through 2 replacements so far in 4 months. The screen does not stick well enough. It just falls off and cracks when it hits the ground. I complained to Zagg about the lack of adhesive and received my first replacement that was less than a month old replaced for free. I just ordered a new replacement and will be my last product from this company. Ridiculous considering the expensive cost for this screen protector.

My only issue with this, is the edges don't adhere properly. The curve-ness of the phome is very tricky to get right for manufacturers. I dont really care though, because these are first world problems, and I'm not some self entitled consumer. Yes it is $50. Yes there are cheaper alternatives. I am not poor, so I can afford to spend money on a placebo if thats what it takes to put me at ease. As for those who say it doesnt adhere to the screen, and the touch response is terrible... they installed it wrong. I'm not going to waste your time saying how I am an expert at putting screen protectors, and how all of my family members ask me to do it for them because I am the king at it. Its a screen protectors, there are 4 steps thats it. You're not rebuilding a Ferrari engine... Zagg includes a special holder that allows you to line up everything perfectly. Evem a monkey can do it. So don't worry if it doesnt work the first time, you can always exchange it for another one within the return period at bestbuy. I bought one, my sister bought one, my mom bought one. Odd how we dont have issues when we arent self entitled.

Zagg got this one right. I've have only used zagg shields on my phones and look for glass ones for the protection had an s7 edge but it didn't stick nor worked with cases and decided to try the s8+ and its perfect. Sticks fine and fits flawlessly with my cases and other s8+ phones great product.

I purchased screen protector with high hopes due to the nice application template. Application was easy but afterwards is where it went bad. It keeps the protector away from the screen and makes it very difficult to type or click something on the screen. Plus there is no adhesive on the top and allows dust to collect there. I would suggest to look elsewhere for another protector

This shield was designed for a curve screen, and the solution to that was to only have adhesive around the border of the glass. The problem is air pockets and dust can become trapped under the shield after about only 2 weeks due to the adhesive around the edges not holding well. Your probably better off getting one of the plastic Zagg shields instead of the glass shield.

IDK what everyone else is talking about... I purchased this screen protector because I was worried if I ever dropped my phone what would happen to the screen cover. I'm an avid lifeproof customer, however there is nothing available from lifeproof at this time. My boyfriend and I both have these covers and have NOT had a problem what so ever. Its been sensitive to touch and reacts perfect with no delay. I am so happy with this purchase. My boyfriend actually dropped his phone and it protected the glass on the phone! I have no clue what people are complaining about. It was so easy to install because of the new "bumper" that comes to help with installation . I had NO bubbling, hair, finger prints etc. like I was worried of receiving since I did the screen on my own. We both will purchase again. Zagg also has a great lifetime warranty. Since my boyfriend dropped his phone, they are sending out a replacement to put on his phone that should be here thursday.

I bought two of these screen protectors. A week after buying them I've already had to order a replacement for one due to it falling off the phone on its own and cracking. Still less then 2 weeks since the purchase I am now having to order a replacement for the other one as well. The second phone had an accidental fall and the screen protector just popped off leaving my phone unprotected.

I was very excited for this screen protector because that last one on my S6 actually saved my screen. But this one the screen becomes unusable you have to smash the screen just for it to read at all. For 50 bucks you would think it would be better designed and more tested. Stay away from product

After I put this on my phone making sure to follow every direction to the letter I put my phone in my pocket while I walked from my office to my car. Once in my car I pulled out phone, which was the only thing in my pocket, and the screen protector had already cracked in multiple places. What a bunch of junk
