After only a few days, the glass screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ no longer wanted to stay adhered to the screen. I followed the directions when first applying to a "T"! It collected dust and lint from my pocket around the edges, despite multiple times of pressing the edges firmly down as told in the instructions. The screen was never removed and reapplied, so that did not cause the adhesive weakness. I never dropped the phone or had it in damp conditions during the FOUR DAYS I had the screen protector. Also, a piece of sand or dirt from somewhere made its way under the glass protector, and scratched the screen of my phone that I has only had a few days - without the glass cover pressing the piece of dirt into my glass screen, the nearly microscopic obtrusion would have easily been wiped off or fell off on its own with no damage. After the expense of my new phone and the expense of this screen protector, I was extremely dissatisfied with this product and now have a new phone that received its first scratch FROM the screen protector.

This product is aweful!!! Breaks extremely easy and the so called lifetime warranty is a joke. It's at least 9.99 to have the product shipped to your home. We replaced this product 3 times at best buy before they said they wouldn't replace it anymore. Do not buy this product.

I put this screen protector on my phone about 24 hours ago. IMMEDIATELY after applying it to my phone I noticed it was very difficult to get the touchscreen to respond. Some functions, like swiping down the top menu to easily adjust the brightness, are near impossible to access with this protector on. I have removed it (which was way too easy to do as well) and will be returning it.

Fits and adheres very well to screen. Application is a breeze. Unfortunately, the responsiveness of the screen is reduced significantly. You need to press harder than normal on the screen to get any responses. The drop down menu in the OS is a nightmare to open up with this screen protector on. Phone becomes difficult and cumbersome to use.

I purchased this screen protector when I picked up my preorder I had it for not even a week and it cracked and came right off. Apparently there was no adhesive in the middle of the protector only around the sides. What a horrible screen protector.

Just put the thing on two days ago. It lived in my purse or on the table. Somehow, there's a nice crack across the screen. I registered it so I'll be getting another but I should have trusted my gut and NOT bought a phone with an edge like that.

After putting this on my phone the edges (and not just the curved edges, the edges at the top and bottom that are flat have the same problem) would not stick to the phone. I was gentle pressing them down with the cloth that came with the cover and one the of corners cracked. Took it back to the store since I had literally just left there and they gave me a new one. Same thing, edges don't stick causing all kinds of dirt, lint, ext to stick underneath the edges. Now, the middle of the screen is starting not to stick to the phone. Also, it messes with the sensitivity of the screen. The screen on my phone was perfect while I was using my phone without the screen protector waiting for it to be shipped to the store because of back order. If I could take this back and get my hard earned money back I would.

This product only has the adhesive around the edges, and it's not strong. I had this on my phone for literally 1 day and it already began to lift from the phone. Also made it more difficult for the screen to sense touch.

For the price of this product, you might as well just light your money on fire. I was going to buy a plastic screen protector for a third of the cost of the glass ones, but of course, best buy was out so I HAD to get the glass because I'm very clumsy with phones and didn't trust myself to walk out of the store without one. So, I had a best buy employee put it on for me, followed their instructions about not putting the case on for 24 hours, and it somehow still broke in the corner and split down the middle a week after getting the protector. My mom got the same one at the same time and the same thing happened to her as well. Very frustrated to waste $50 on this cheaply made product.

I'm usually very happy with Zagg products but not this. Don't waste your time and money, get the regular screen protector. The screen protector was installed perfectly by the Geek Squad guy at the store but this is a poorly designed product that did not last. The glass cracked and chipped after a minor drop off of the wireless charger. When I saw the crack I ran my finger across to make sure it wasn't a smudge and the glass immediately chipped away and on the second swipe the entire piece along the curved edge popped off. The adhesive is weak and the screen protector leaves a definitive line that disrupts the view of the screen. Took it back for a refund.

Horrible product with even worse customer service. My glass shattered and fell off the first time it was dropped. It has a $10 shipping replacement fee and they are back ordered. I bought it July 6, it broke July 9 and I ordered a replacement July 12. Today is August 8 and I still have no replacement. They offered to upgrade to the Sapphire (only sold by Zagg) which they claim is 7xs better than the glass curve. I don't have it or and ETA, Best Buy won't refund my $, Zagg won't refund my $ and my phone is without protection. Worst $150 spent EVER (3 phones protection). Save the $ and hassle. Do NOT BUY

Do not buy! I bought this product on the 8th of January and on the second day the screen protector cracked. Then on the 5 day the protector came off all together. I went online to register my product and wanted to get a new one since this product claims to have warranty for life. However, I have to pay $10 for shipping! (That's the cheapest option) I already paid $50 for the protector and $7 for someone to apply it on my phone because I wanted to make sure it would stick and now I have to pay $10 for shipping after it cracking on the second day!! Not worth it!

When I went in and bought my s8 I was extremely motivated to buy a screen protector. Currently I was a iPhone user so zaggs worked really well. I would highly advise no one buy this product. It basically ruined the phone. The touch screen had major sensory issues. The cover doesn't sit down flush so there is a gap inbetween the screen and case. Poorly designed garbage. I returned and refunded it the same day. They have a cheaper product which is something that covers the screen. Not as heavy duty I high recommend that product for a quick replacement.

Doesn't cover full screen - cracked first time within 2 days, and was not dropped - dropped one time and screen popped right off - waste of $$

2 of them . My wife last 12 hours before it fell off her screen. Mine worked for 2 days before it shattered in my pocket. Not worth a penny.

I read the reviews before buying but I had no choice. It was the only screen protector available when the phone was purchased. It looked fine after it was installed but a few days after it started collecting dust and lint on all edges. It has been a little over a month and the screen protector is already loose. I took it out of my purse one day and the screen protector shifted to the left. Dust and lint are now going in between the phone and the screen protector. This was a total disappontment and waste of money.

I purchased this screen protector just so that my s8+ will be "safe" as soon as i walked away from the store the screen protector fell off and cracked so then i had to return it because it was than a few days and it was messed up. now im on my replacement and it cracked again!!! ive had Zagg before but this the WORSE screen protector ever! its been less than two weeks! i want my money back! this is not acceptable im very disappointed! THIS NEEDS TO BE OFF THE MARKET AND TRY AGAIN!!

I have read a lot of negative reviews about this screen protector. A lot of people's mistake after they have applied this screen protector is they don't adjust there screen sensitivity on their phone. Once you adjust the screen sensitivity you won't have any issues using your phone. Another recommendation I would make is to have Best Buy install the screen for you.

I've had my phone for less than 48 hours and this is already peeling off and making it impossible to use my keyboard. I paid to have Best Buy Mobile install it and let it sit to 'cure' overnight even though I just wanted to use my phone. It was peeling the first time I went to use it the next morning. I will be trying to return it and purchasing a different brand protector. Zagg has always been great, but this is totally unacceptable.

This company is amazing. Zagg has the best customer service ive seen in years. I had to get a replacement for my original screen protector i purchased from best buy. It had some issues that Zagg was aware of. Well i had user related issues with that one. Sent a new one! Great communication, fast response, and just easy to deal with!
