    I got the s9 plus in store and they tried to put the protector intended for the s9 but didn’t work and used this one instead but this one is as terrible you have to press the screen really hard for the touchscreen to work. At first I thought they didn’t put it right so I went back to get a replacement and is the same problem

    I put the shield on my phone and my wife samsung 8+. Two days later my wife asked me if I was having problems typing on the screen. I said yes but I thought maybe the telephone need to be restarted. It was the shield that made the phone unresponsive. I took the shield off of mine and threw it away basically I lost $50.
