Horrible touch experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bough this screen protector for my new S8, the worst screen protector ever, touch does not work and it does not stay on the screen at all.

Love this product but
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love products from Zagg. Their warranties are wonderful and I've never had a problem but the new shield for the Samsung S8 is so thick that it is hard to press any keys/letters/numbers to get anything to work. I've changed the touch sensitivity on the phone to as light as it can be, it is still very hard. I will be contacting the company and I have no doubt they will replace it, but I wanted to call this problem to others.

Suck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my 3rd purchase of the screen protector. I wasn't aware of the warranty and threw it in the trash. So...my first one crack really fast. The 2nd one also cracked around the edge.,3rd I had my phone on my lap and it feel off and the screen protector flew off and cracked and my phone cracked. I emailed customer service and they wanted to send me another one for free. I declined. This is a sucky protector. I am actually trying to get a hold of someone at their corporate office at zagg, to see if I can get a refund.

Terrible on curved displays
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Zagg makes great products for the most part. However they have not yet figured out how to make a curved screen protector. The edges have gaps so your fingers rub and get sore. The protector pops off at the slightest bump. I've called them, they know they haven't gotten this right yet and offered to warranty it out for me. Since I just bought it I wasn't going to pay for a warranty exchange. I returned it and got the tech21 screen protector, it's not perfect but it's league's above the zagg, at least on my galaxy s8.

Cracked after two drops
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This screen did protect the phone screen, but on the second drop to a wood floor, the zagg screen is broken in numerous pieces.

Not impressed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited that this was ready for the new phone but after the employee put it on the touch sensitivity went down severely. I couldn't use the edge or the pull down feature.

Cracks easily
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought 3 of these - they are always recommended by store employee, but don't last long, or stay in place on curved screen

Necessary for screen protection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loses touch close to curves. Does the job protecting screen which is a must. Just wish the touch factor could be improved.

Unusable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You have to press, beat, beat, beat on the screen to get the buttons and icons to work. I have missed many photo ops because I couldn't get the camera to open after continuously beating on the screen. I dropped my phone and it landed face down. The Zagg cover cracked. Glad it wasn't my phone screen but I was so happy to return it! I got the Zagg HD Clear cover which protects from scratches. I can use my screen again! I just better not drop it. In all seriousness, it should be taken off the shelves.

Not to great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using for just shy of 2 months I'm having to do a warranty claim for my screen protector it's shattered across the top and bottom and I am really easy on my phone.i don't even know what happened to it just started cracking I went online and had registered like I was supposed to and had no problem doing a claim and they are sending me a new one of course I have to pay 12.00 shipping but if this one doesn't last no longer than 2 months I will cut my losses and move on to a different brand

Not very responsive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this screen protector because I told the Best Buy rep that I wanted as close to indestructible as possible. Should have read the reviews first, because I found this to be so protective, that it was not very responsive to my touch. If you want protection, buy it. If you trust in the S8 Gorilla glass, go for something thinner. I did keep it in case I need it, but even after the recommended "cure" time, I still had a hard time making things work. My fault for not researching.

Flawed design initially
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the first screen protector I got right when I purchased the phone(which was right when it came out). It did it's job, but it also made it incredibly hard for the touchscreen to work properly. It forced you to press extremely hard to react. Thankfully Zagg lived up to their name and I was able to get it replaced by a different style they had for no cost and it works perfectly.

Okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an okay product - it gets the job done. It does not seem better than competing products considering the price.

don't buy it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i don"t recommend this product, isn't worth, I bought it on Monday and Wednesday was broken without having hit or dropped it, it is also very difficult to write or simply to move through the phone the shield makes the movements feel awkward and slow. The attention in the store was horrible they are not responsible for what they sell and if you claim warranty with the manufacturer you must pay $ 10 to $ 32 dlls to send a new one. My advice is to not throw 50 dlls into this product.

nice fit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.protects well only complaint is that you have to push extra hard for the phone to sense your finger moving or touch.

It does the job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this because new phone case didn't come with a screen protector but I haven't had many problems. There is one thing that's I'm not a fan of, when trying to pull down the settings menu by swiping from the top down, the screen protector blocks the phone from recognizing what I'm doing unless I put a little bit of pressure down as I swipe. Other than that it seems to be holding up well.
