Glass interferes constantly with touch screen. Pops off easily. And then dust gets under it...

I guess it's better then my screen, but I'm not tiff with my phone either. Also tiff to push on screen near corners. I have samsung 8

was not impressed with this screen protector. too hard for phone to recognize touch functions. could not put a case on phone either

Installation was very easy. The protector is well made and feels like a premium product. Absolutely clear. Only downside is some touch sensitivity loss around the edge. I managed to leave my phone on my rear bumper and close the trunk lid directly onto the face. The protector did its job and cracked but the phone screen is undamaged

This screen definitely will protect your phone screen BUT it makes it very difficult to use. Touch sensitivity is much lower so you have to press much harder to do anything. Plus -- contrary to what the box says -- these are NOT case friendly. My case consistently pushed on the edges of the screen protector ... eventually making it pop off. Go with the Zagg film screen protector. Much better and it costs half as much.

Already cracked after 3 months. Glad they have warranty but have to pay 10.00 for delivery.

I like that the screen protector comes with a guide but it ruined the screen sensitivity

This screen protector diminished the sensitivity of the phone. I had to press pretty hard and the edges lost its functionality.

The sales person recommended this for our new phones, and we bought 2 (for me and my husband). These things were so thick that the it was almost impossible to get the touch screen to recognize our touch. My husband dropped his phone after 4 days and the screen protector popped off and was too dirty to put back on. I was so frustrated with mine after the 1st week I just took it off and bought a different one.

It might protect my screen but I have to BANG the surface too hard and things on the outer edged require multiple hard BANGS.

I bought this to use on a Samsung S8 with a curved screen. The screen protector is designed for this phone. The protector does not follow the curve of the phone, so the phone is very insensitive with the protector. The protector was installed by Best Buy. The curve is a great idea, but it adheres on the edge making some things like texting in landscape difficult. I am having to press harder on the screen to get it to sense touch. Haven't found sensitivity feature on the 8 yet to increase if there is one. The center text keys are the hardest to hit......3456urtyuifgh.....almost like the screen cover is raised off the glass and you must press to connect......

Not perfect but works. Since it's curved wil ultimately fall off.

Went with the salespersons recommendation that this was the best. Bought & tried it. Grand-kids agreed with some reviews that the glass was too thick. Returned

Have this screen protector for about 2 weeks and its the second one that cracked

I've always used zagg screen protectors for my phones for years. This is the first one that does not do it's job. The installation was perfect, however it made my phone unresponsive. The sensitivity was all gone and parts of the screen did not function properly. Contacted zagg and they sent me a replacement sapphire screen protector that's much better. Do not buy this one until they redesign it.

I paid extra to have a bestbuy tech install the glass shield on my S8. It looked perfect and clean, but unfortunately the design of this shield is flawed and many report the same problem I had, which is that you have to push extremely hard on the touch screen to for it to respond. Thankfully, ZAGG lived up to their name and I was able to exchange it for the Saphire model and it works perfectly.

Couldn't text with glass cover on but for the price was trying. Dropped phone and glass cover fell off. Waste of money!

This screen protector is good for keeping the glass from getting scratched but it reduces the touchscreen sensitivity

Got this shield put on and paid geek squad to do it..came off the next day. Got a new one and had geek squad apply again....came off a week later. Luckily they put more adhesive on the 2nd application so I just stuck it back on.. A few months later it's cracked, no idea how as I haven't dropped the phone but hey if it saved my screen from cracking I suppose it did it's job as the s8 screens are notorious for cracking. Time to get another new screen protector again now...
