I like the thickness of the shield yet found out that you have to have significant pressure to actually do anything on your phone. I tired it for a week and was annoyed that I had to jabb my fingers to call or text anyone. So I switched with the clear plastic on so that I don't break my fingers

Works well , gets some air underneath but easily smooths out .

This shield is too thick to allow a smooth touch experience with the phone. I had to press hard to get any contact with the screen. Took it back to learn that many other people were having the same experience. They should have alerted me at the store instead of selling this expensive shield.

It isa good for protecting the screen on the phone. It is easy to keep clean. It does cause more pressure to be applied while typing on the screen. That is the downfall of the protector. A flat screen would make a huge difference.

Love that I could drop a truck on my phone and my actual screen wouldn't break but I could drop my phone a couple inches onto harder surface and the protector spiderwebs. Makes it hard to see and then you end up taking it off.

Product is great and really protects your phone. Only problem is when you go to replace it they charge you $10 for the new one. I've had Zagg before and they used to be only $3.50 to replace. Like I said though they work great.

The screen protector stuck well to the phone and hugged the curved edge as it was supposed to. My biggest issue was that the screen lost all sensitivity because the protector was so thick. The phone didn't feel when I was typing on it which pretty much made it unusable. I had to return it.

Screen protectors a must have. Especially for the curved screen. This protector covers the entire phone and is scratch resistant. And the life time warranty is an added bonus.

Very hard to press each key. Not useful and fingers are painful.

Screen extremely hard to use, however tons of good protection.

After having some touch screen problems I went on line for the Samsung S8 and found some reviews that stated it was hard to work with the touch screen after putting this on. I thought I had a couple of dead spots and was going to have to return my phone and it was the protector. Otherwise I have used this on my last two phones and has been great.

The idea of 'free' replacement was great, until I needed to make a claim and found out that it costs $10 for shipping! I was able to buy a different glass protector for cheaper, with better touch sensitivity, from Amazon...

Protects your screen but also more importantly, it doesn't take the functionality of the touch screen at all. I know the earlier touch screen protectors weren't reliable because it wouldn't sense your touch accurately.

It works seems OK not worth the money cracked easy rite away

I purchased this item at the suggestion of my sales guy. Geek squad put it on my phone. It was awful. I Had trouble using the phone especially around the edges of the phone. I could not pull down the settings at the top of the phone. Trouble texting. I returned it to the store

because the phone is curved on edges, this screen protector has a hard time staying on, have used 2 of these now since July, not happy that a simple little drop causes the screen protector to just pop off!! not break just pop off. this is ridiculous. need better adhesive.

I thought that the glass screen protector would offer better protection for my phone. However, it was hard to use the touch screen with the glass protector. I was frustrated because I had to push really hard. I ended up returning it. I should have listened to the bad reviews.

The screen protector is very sturdy and durable. Much better adhesive than all of the previous screen protectors I have used. It reduced the Galaxy S8 screen sensitivity quite a bit, but it otherwise works great.

The main problem with this screen protector is the fact you can see how it does not actually stick to the curved edges, so it looks like it is coming off. Another issue for me was the fact that typing was harder. When I typed I had to press harder and often multiple times
