This product doesn't fit flush with the screen, because of this you have too press hard on the screen to get anything to work. I've never had a problem with zagg before. Just wouldn't recommend this screen protector.

Bought with S8. First one I applied resulted in several deadspots on phone. Exchanged. BB put the 2nd one on charging me $8 . Same result. I was able to get a refund, but not for the $8 fee for the "expert service"

I usually love Zagg and hated this screen cover. It took away all touch sensitivity and I had to press so hard I thought I might break my new phone. Took this one back, got a Sapphire instead, it is almost perfect.

I got this screen protector for my new Galaxy S8 at the time, I ended up returning it about a week later, started peeling on the edges and it reduced the screen sensitivity to almost unusable

I have purchased glass shield before for my phones but unfortunately this particular shield is to small for the phone. The shield itself stops in the middle of the edge of the phone and right along the notification window making it difficult to use the notifications.

I purchased this in store about a month ago, and had it put on there. So far no complaints it seems to be doing what it should. Although it is a little pricey.

I dropped my new phone within a few days of purchasing the invisible shield protector. The protector cracked across the middle. I dont think there was damage to the phone, but it was less than a 12 inche drop.

After watching the install videos and implying the screen protector there's still some issues with the sensitivity Of the screen making it hard to use in the edge caught sticks out from the corners of a case

I have used nothing Zagg glass shields on my last several phones. This has to be the worst product i have ever used. Lasted about an hour before i took it off and warrantied it for a sapphire defense shield.

Dropped my galaxy 8 on concrete after having it for 2 weeks the screen protector broke but my phone was fine. Zagg did replace my screen protector for free.

Poor screen protector because it only attached at the edges and there is space between the screen and protector in the center, making touch sensitivity very poor. I exchanged it through the company warranty.

The screen protector doesn't truly go to the edge like the description claims. There is also a noticible border where the adhesive borders it. Lastly, a small bubble was trapped under it, and it was impossible to remove with the smoothing tools they provided.

My galaxy S8 was unable to detect any normal touch on the screen. Took it off and returned it the next day. If I'd read the reviews prior to purchase I would have saved myself a lot of time and aggravation.

the screen saver starting cracking within the first week, we had registered the item and it has been since we called and still no replacements. he product was flawed they said, then it should be recalled.

I like the look of the glass shield and how easy it is to clean. But find it more difficult to use for texting. More pressure is required to actually select the keys and slows down the entry process.

Okay, i bought this confident it would work. The sides of the phone were not covered and the touch would not pickup the head of my finger. The glass is literally too thick, exchanged for regular protector.

Product offers great protection but on the smaller S8 it did not sit flush with the screen and it lost some touch sensitivity. Worked great on the S8 Plus

Installed following directions exactly. Went on easy with no air pockets. Was very pleased until it fell off after only a week. I'm a responsible adult, no hard on equipment. Expected more for the price.

The screen protector interferes with the top drop down touch area on the screen. It also popped of after a couple of days even after closely following the installation directions. Returned it for credit.

I like the fact that it is easily cleaned and protects the screen quite well. It does require a bit of a tap to connect with the screen functions though.
