phone screen basically became useless after having this installed. touch screen had to be forced touched in order for it to register i was using it.

Very clumsy, it is it awkward to use the functions on the phone, do not like it.,,,and it fell off while I was using it. I would not buy this again.

This product does not work at all. You should pull it from your shelves immediately. Did not stick to the phone. Does. Or work on the curved screen.

Horrible product. Zagg only put adhesive around the edge and not in the middle. The glass always has a bubble and slides. I would not waste my money.

Well, for starters, it almost always has an air bubbles between the screen and protector. The sensitivity is horrible with this screen protector on.

The shield didn't cover the hole class and it only stuck to phone for three day's, came off a couple times. This was put on by the rep from Samsung.

TERRIBLE GLASS COVER. COULDN'T GET KEYS TO WORK. POPPED OFF WHEN I BUMPED THE PHONE. CHANGED TO A NON GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR WHICH WORKS PERFECT.

This screen cover offers good protection against scratches but it makes the screen a little thicker and you have to press down a little harder

Phone sensors at 4 corners are hard to use. Typing and texting are difficult with the screen on the phone. Would give it 0 stars if possible

Once I installed this screen protector per the installation instructions, it left a massive dead spot in the middle of the screen rendering the phone mostly useless. Returned for refund.

Within 24 hrs the protective screen came of my phone in my pocket. So I lost the $50 I spent on the screen and I have to buy another screen.

Shield doesn't fit very well, and caused the phone to be inoperable. Almost had to slam my fingers into buttons to get them to work. Awful!

It doesn't fully cover the edges, often gets bubbles or peels off. I thought it was me at first so I had someone at Best buy apply it and sadly to say it still did it.

used the screen procter 3 days it cracked went to the store was told to contact the manufactor the store was no help would not buy again

The only problem I have is sometimes you have to press down harder to get the screen to respond.

I had the geek squad install this protective cover on my screen, but now it is difficult to text. It just doesn't seem to be completely flush with the screen. Not to happy with it.

With the adheasive only on the edges I had to reinstall it 4 times before I gave up. I was unable to text well or select apps and so on.

I've been a long time user of ZAGG glass shields. which is why I continue to buy their products. Originally I bought the Otterbox glass shield, because I had purchased the Otterbox protector case. I was "sold" on the idea that i needed the glass because it was built specifically for Otterbox case. I had to replace that screen 3 times, twice at the store, and once through mail replacement. The glass shield was too tight a fit and would interfere with the case installation. Once the case was put on it would touch and push/put pressure on the glass. very bad design. This led me to dump the otterbox, and go with ZAGG and a Tech21 case. The installation of the ZAGG, 100% easier than the otterbox. The guidance tabs work great, far superior than any other installation process. I did watch the installation video provided by ZAGG, prior to the install, which was great and provided me answers to many of those little quirks you get when trying it alone. I was able to perform the installation easily. And the glass was "case friendly" which allowed up to easily install, and when it was time to put the case back on,there was no interference with the case and glass. Always go with ZAGG!
