Plastic is too thick

A Best Buy associate applied the cover. Best Buy would not replace the cover at less than 1 day old. Called Zagg Customer Service and was told I would have to pay an additional $9.99 for shipping to get a replacement. Now becoming a very expensive cover! Received replacement. Extremely hard to use phone; have to press very hard. Called Customer Service. They will ship another cover at not charge. Have not received it yet.
