OK, but not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased two of these for our new S8's after trying another product from Amazon that was just miserable. The Best Buy tech recommended them and we had them do the install on these since they can be touchy with the curved edges. They even told us we would have to adjust the sensitivity setting. Boy did we ever. We had to turn it up to the most sensitive and still we have the same problems others are talking about. Icon function can be tough to almost impossible sometimes, and they do interfere with the pull down menu for the phone settings. I'm trying to live with this but had the phone without a screen protector for about 3 weeks before and the degraded performance is like night and day over the native screen.. Im not sure if its the capacitive coating or if there is still a small air gap between the protective glass and the screen that is causing the issue. In addition, they show fingerprints like black on white and require constant wiping. These are crazy expensive screen protectors and they should work flawlessly. If I can't learn to deal with the imperfections, I'm probably going to remove it and bring it back or ship it to ZAGG for a refund.

Get The Sapphire Defense
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The protector pops off and does not fit properly. I had the Geek Squad install this, and the guy did a good job, but the design of this protector is lacking. It is also so thick that it disrupted the touch screen function. There is a bright side though. I dropped my phone within an hour after purchase. The protector cracked badly and popped off my phone. I contacted Zagg for a replacement and found that I had the option to order the Sapphire defense protector, and hd protector, and this one. I elected for the Sapphire defense and so happy I'm did. It actually curves down and sticks to the edges as well (I have the S8..not edge). It is thinner than this product, and my touch screen is functioning normally. I absolutely love it.

Entirely Nonfunctional
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased Invisible Shields for every phone I have owned and they've always been the best quality screen protectors. This screen protector is an entire let down from any Invisible Shield I have purchased. Touch sensitivity is reduced by probably at least 80% or more. It's nearly impossible to text or type anything without doing it at a painfully slow speed and strongly pushing down every button. Also, the little gap at the top makes it incredibly difficult to pull down your notifications menu. Additionally, its difficult to access the quick access side panels. The screen protector also can move around because it is so weakly adhered. DO NOT BUY THIS. It's a total waste. Save yourself a waste of $50 and skip it.

Horrible!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this case initially with BB and all was well until it cracked. Since I have received multiple replacements including a upgrade to sapphire defense which all have been a joke! I paid BB to install several of these and none stuck correctly. I get told the same thing give it so many hours and with the sapphire the bubbles with work out. Well if only that where true! I replace the sapphire because the edges never stuck. I replaced the tempered glass because it pops since it's not stuck down to my phone. After $50 original price multiple $9.99 charges for shipping replacements and at least two $10 application charges for BB to install I'm well over $100 and no where satisfied!

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got my S8 today and got this screen protector because it worked so well on my S7 before. The adhesive on this screen protector is around the edges only. You have to apply a lot of force to use the keyboard and to scroll and use the phone screen in general. I am not happy waisting this money. I'm going to go back to Best Buy and see if they can apply the non-glass screen protector in hopes it works more fluently. Until they make changes, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This glass screen protector only has a thin amount of glue around the edge. the first time my phone fell from the arm of my sofa onto our carpeted floor it fell off. This was originally installed by a salesperson. It is now at the point that it will not stay on. the last time it fell of it cracked. It is only about a month old as is the phone, they were purchased together. Yes, there is a lifetime warranty, but it costs $10 to ship the new one and the old one has to be shipped back. My guess is that Zagg makes a profit even off of the replacements. I suggest buying something cheap, my guess is I will be out about $100 for the original cost and constant replacements over the next 2 years.

Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow! Where to begin!? Purchased screen for $50 and within 1 week I drop the phone and the screen protector, intact, just pops right off!! Lifetime warranty? Sure but it will cost you $10 each time you replace it but I go for it and pay the lifetime replacement service warranty fee ( meaning they'll take $10 from you each time for a lifetime, no doubt this is how they boost their profit on this piece of junk)...Had the salesman at Verizon put protector on my screen...1 week later I drop the phone and again the entire screen (intact) pops off again...so I've spent $60 total on garbage so do I send it in again for an additional $10 or cut my loses?! I decide to cut my loses feeling, cheated and ripped off by this piece of garbage screen protector.. I am sure that they are still making money on my $10 warranty fee because this is such trash! I thought spending a premium price equaled a premium product which this is not.. Same thing happened to my boyfriends phone but idiot that I am I thought he probably just put his on incorrectly so I purchased this anyway...but, when three separate people apply this and get the same results, I'm inclined to think its due to the poor poor quality of this product! I hate being ripped off and this purchase definitely left me feeling cheated ! My only feeling of satisfaction comes from the hope that my review will prevent others from making the same foolish mistake I made when I purchased this.. Now I understand why Verizon will no longer be carrying this protector..Zagg doesn't care about protecting your phone screen , they only want your money ..Can anyone recommend a good screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy S8?

Not the ZAGG Screen I was Looking For or Deserved
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two of these a couple days before the Samsung Galaxy S8 came out to ensure I had a nice tempered glass screen protector for my phone and my wife's phone. Unfortunately, the first box containing the case had part of the screen already shattered. That's more of a shipping issue than a Best Buy or ZAGG issue, so no fault there on them. The second box thankfully didn't have a shattered screen protector, so I applied it correctly to my wife's phone after our phones finally came in and waited about 15 hours before tinkering around with the phone because screen protectors generally take time to settle in before use (generally 12 - 24 hours). The adhesive stuck fine to the sides, showing just a little around the edges with bubbling and/or not sticking quite to the phone, but that's not really my main issue and wouldn't have been a big deal breaker for me. The main issue was the phone wasn't very responsive with the screen protector on, in some spots of the phone it was almost bareable, but others it took some extra pushing down on the screen protector to get the phone to respond. The phone's responsiveness without the screen protector is amazing, so it really diminshes the awesome experience of the Samsung Galaxy S8. The screen protector is made out of some very nice material, but the adhesive and screen coupled together doesn't make for a great experience. I've had ZAGG covers for years and they've served me very well, as has their awesome warranty, but this isn't the case with this particular InvisibleShield. I wouldn't give this 0 stars if that existed on the overall rating scale, as it does protect the screen, but unfortunately it doesn't make using the screen easy at all since you need to really apply pressure to get the phone to respond to commands. I won't give up on ZAGG, but this isn't the screen protector I was looking for or deserved and ended up returning the screens to Best Buy for a refund. I do not recommed the InvisibleShield Glass Curve Screen Protector for the Samsung Galaxy S8.

Can't Use the Screen!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The glass and the material is great; it installed as intended and looks to keep the screen safe... However once installed you cannot use the touchscreen at all. The screen is sensitive and this reduces your ability to use the screen to navigate around menus, use apps, text, etc. This is extremely disappointing for such an expensive product, and will be my first and last experience buying a product made by ZAGG.

It popped right off !!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used many Zagg products so you can imagine why I am so so disappointed with this screen "protector". It popped right off after putting on the case. Being OCD, I so carefully cleaned my work area and cleaned the S8. I was so careful installing on to the S8 ....only to have it pop right off after only an hour or so.... Seems the adhesive on the edges only is not the best way to go... Additionally, significantly decreased screen sensitivity when it was on. BestBuy, should really stop selling this item until Zagg figures it out.

Worth it?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 1 month ago today with new S8. I noticed it does not reach all the over to the edge of the glass screen, and now my phone has 2 separate cracks in the glass that appeared from chips right on the edge of the Curve Screen Protector. Some protection. The protector, itself, has nothing wrong with it, and it is keeping me from cutting myself on the cracked phone screen. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a screen protector that GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF THE GLASS, in ALL DIRECTIONS!!! New screens cost $200 for $800 phones. Your screen "protector" cost me approx. $45-$50. I would pay for a FULL SCREEN protector if it saved me from paying for a new screen.

Good Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this a couple of months ago and had BB install. A slight crack appeared only a couple of weeks after install. I called Zagg because I was worried a slight crack would turn into a bigger one. I wasn't sure if they would replace for such a small issue but they did. Had to pay I think $9.00 shipping and handling. Had no issues and replacement came quickly. I took it to BB and they installed if for me. The glass does smudge easily but the fit is great and it doesn't interfere with the touchscreen capabilities.

Next to worthless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Zagg glass shield on my previous phone (Galaxy5) and LOVED IT!!! So when I upgraded to the Galaxy8+ I absolutely bought the shield. I wish I had read reviews before buying! WHAT A WASTE! I had it installed at Best Buy, right in front of me, so I know it was installed correctly. But by the time I got home it was already popping off. I'm sure it will eventually pop off while I'm walking or something and will break, then I'll use my warranty for a new one. Who knows maybe by that time they'll improve them. JUNK - don't spend the $50.

Don't waste your money!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reading initial reviews, I was skeptical about purchasing this screen protector. I spoke with a sales rep in store(she also installed), and she assured me that the glass protector was the best for protection for my phone. Two weeks later I now have a crack in my screen protector that didn't come from a drop. My first time purchasing a glass cover and probably will be my last. Very disappointed in this product for the amount of money I paid.

Did not stick - waste of money.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I followed the directions. They were not difficult to follow. The screen protector simply did not stick. It has absolutely no adhesion properties to it. Simply a waste of money.

Dont buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the screen prtector for my Samsung galaxy s8+ it did not cover the full screen as advertised. On both sides of the screen it had about 2-3mm of screen or gap it did not cover. After one day I dropped my phone and the protector didn't brake my phone screen did.. it didn't protect my phone at all.. in fact I think my phone would have been better off with out it. It cracked on the edge of the screen where the protective glass meets the glass on my phone.. if it had been full screen protection like advertised my phone would still be fine. Save yourself 50$ and buy a different brand that covers the full screen..

I wish I'd read reviews!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had gotten my new phone and went to Best Buy to buy a cover. I ended up not liking any of the in stock covers but, figured I'd grab a screen protector while there. I wish I researched this product. I've had it on my phone for 10 days and hated it the entire time. I figured I just had to get used to the heavier touch that was needed but, now I realize that the lovely air gap was never going to get any easier.

Waste of $
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this cover because I thought it would give me extra protection. I had to press extra hard for the phone to recognize my selection. It was frustrating! I had it installed at Best Buy so I know there wasn't an issue there. I even waited 3 days to add the otter box so it didn't mess with the adhesive. Just 2 days past the deadline to return it (15 days later) the cover came off.
