I did the install right and everything. I dropped it one time and the whole screen protector goes flying off and gets dirty. One tiny drop. And you have to pay the shipping costs which are 10$+ to get replaced. Very dissiponted.

This product is not worth the money. It does not work at all. You cannot even use the phone with the screen on. The only way to get the phone to work is by pressing down on the screen with more force than should be needed.

Very disappointed. Have to press down firmly to touch keyboard and apps. Makes it very difficult to use. Really bad screen response. Crack spread from the bottom corner to the top. Better off using something different.

This glass will not work on the S8 unless your are wanting to press really hard and not be able to use your drop down function from the top of the screen.

Doesn't fully protect your screen as it is it's intended purpose. Zagg does send a replacement after customer pays for shipping fees but after another fall screen protector and screen are now cracked.

Very disappointed in this $50 screen protector. The touch sensitivity is gone and I actually have to press on my screen for it to register I'm doing anything. The glass seems to be too thick.

I expected to lose some sensitivity but not this much...I could live with it if it wasn't for making it almost impossible to use the pull down menu at the top of the phone screen.

Please don't waste your money on this protector, try the standard HD film protectors... This KILLED any responsiveness of my new S8, I was ready to ditch the phone when I decided to take off the screen protector, now it's working as I would have expected... I will try the standard film one next, but the glass one is horrible...

This protector makes the touch sensitivity extremely unresponsive! This really needs to be pulled from the shelves. I am sorry i didn't read the reviews before purchasing!

If I could give a half star I would or no star at all. This is the worst screen protector I have ever used. There are dead spots everywhere in it. Do not waste your money!

Completely lost the touch sensitivity for my S8. I have to press hard to use my phone and can only use the top bar 25% of the time. Definitely not typical Zagg quality.

Don't waste your money! I can't use my phone with the protector on because the touch response is not there - at all. NO TOUCH RESPONSE!!!!!

Installed by BB, looked nice, cost $35 on sale. One month later, has a big scratch across it, cracked on the edge. I've always purchased Zagg screens for my phones and tablets so didn't bother to read reviews. Obviously a big mistake. I can get a replacement thru their warranty but will have to pay shipping and another BB installment fee. I think Zagg needs to refund everyone who bought one of these.

Sensitivity is way down. I have to pound the screen to get phone to sense anything. Very annoying! Would definitely NOT recommend.

I purchased this on the advice of the cell guy at Best Buy and paid to have the Geek Squad install it. Shortly after getting home noticed the shield was cracked (phone had not dropped or fallen). Went back to Best Buy and was told "oh so sorry, we can't help you call this number". (LAST time I use or trust Geek Squad). Called the number, and I have to pay shipping and give them my credit card number "in case" they don't get the broken shield back "in time" . Huge scam! Save your money.

As others have stated this glass protector makes the device unresponsive to touch feedback. I can tap my screen harder and harder and it still will not respond until I physically apply pressure to the screen. This is very low quality and should be pulled from all stores immediately. I hope Best Buy allows me to return this, it is terrible and I would avoid at all costs. (this is coming from someone who is not tough on reviews, its just that bad when it comes to this glass screen.......)

I am quite disappointed in the product as the touch sensitivity has decreased. Not worth spending 50 dollars at all.

The screen protector works for 1 day it comes off after few hours

This was purchased in Nov 2017 with my new Samsung 8 phone. My screen cracked very easily (in my purse, not due to a fall) within a month. I bought it because of the warranty/replacement "for life". I registered my device online with zagg and went to use the replacement feature. It IS FREE to get a replacement -- but for a minimal shipping fee of approximately $10 -$32 (depending on your options). This shouldn't cost more than a postage stamp!

Claims to be tough, however it cracked the first time I dropped it 10 inches above ground on a wood floor.
