    Screen wasn't responsive

I liked the protection the Glass curve provided but it reduced the touch sensitivity of the screen too much to where I would have to consciously place a lot pressure to get it to register. I also found with the screen off (displaying date and time) the discoloration of the glass screen was off putting.

I really liked it. But it cracked in the first week of use. And I had not dropped the phone.. So I don't know if the phone got too warm or what. At least it has a life-time warranty!!

I have had this cover on my S6 for at least 4 years and it did a fine job. The one I have on my S8, is not doing as well. The screen has come off once. It also moved and I had to realign it. It was on my phone for 15 days before these incidents happened. Now I have a deep scratch in it. Thumbs down.

We bought this out of Zagg product loyalty and ended up returning it as it does not sit flush against the screen. There is an air pocket between the screen and protector that compromises the capability of typing, swiping, etc on the phone.

The screen coverage and protection is good; however, it limits some of the side swipe functions. It also decreases the sensitivity of the phone causing you to have to press a lot harder on the screen. I contacted Zagg about the issue and they sent me the sapphire defense which works much better.

once I had it on my phone it ended up being so thick that it messed up the sensitivity of the touchscreen on my Galaxy S8. Not sure if all phones have this issue but I ended up taking it back for a refund. Best Buy was, as usual, very responsive to my concerns and the refund went without a hitch.

Didnr care for rhe screen protector. It always felt like there was a bubble underneath the glass. Had me misspelling everything when trying to us Swype.- and a best buy tech actually put the screen on. But I'm torn on the recomendation

I have never had any issues with ZAGG before. In our home every phone must have ZAGG protection since we always buy our phones in full. The ZAGG curve Interferes with the touches on our phones. My hubby and I have to press really hard several times before we get the phone to interactive.

On Invisible Glass Shield it leaves a spot on the top, bottom and side that does not cover the screen and it is very hard to open the notification screen from the top. Not too impress, could have been a better fit to the screen.

I am hoping that it offers the protection that it claims, but the ZAGG screen protector impacts the touch sensitivity of the screen. I have trouble with pull down menu and letters/symbols on keyboard located towards the edge.

We dropped the phone after havig it less than a month - Zagg cover cracked, but it saved the screen. Yes, it does require a firmer touch on the screen, but it saved the $800 phone from being replaced. If you want light touch screen responsiveness, this probably won't work for you - it does not react as well to touch as the thinner covers, and nowhere near as good as not having a screen protector at all. It's not like you have to put a weightlifter's force behind it, but it will require you to press harder. But I can say unequivocally it protected the phone exactly how it should have and was worth the 40 or 50 bucks we paid for it.

I have been a Zagg users for years. This is the first time I am not happy with the Zagg and plan to follow up with the company. The Zagg makes it hard to touch/use certain areas of phone. I keep it on for the protection and hoping Zagg will release an upgrade. It does protect the phone.

    Glass screen protector...better than nothing?

Well, I've ALWAYS trusted Zagg to protect my Samsung so naturally I got the glass screen protectors for my s8 and for the phone I got my younger brother. The first one they put one mine, they mobile worker didn't use the guide and it was so off it didn't let me use my touch screen and I couldn't see through my camera through the adhesive. I returned and they tried putting on a new one, but after multiple attemps there was still a large very distract grease spot in the middle of my screen. They tried several times but eventually was told that it was "as good as it was going to get" because they were out of them anyways. My brothers was put in very high, like my original one was as well so his camera didn't work and the tension of being too high caused it to crack but they didn't have any in stock now...really not happy about having to pay for yet ANOTHER new screen protector and neither of us have even dropped our phones. Thanks for your time. -Tawnie Wallette

This screen protector covers the main part of the phone, top is not covered, however you have to press hard on the screen, this is not user friendly, shouldn't have to tap 3-5 times just to open up a page. Do not recommend

This was the only tempered glass option available. It was $50.I bought it thinking it would be a good product since it was so pricey. WRONG! I followed the directions when I applied it. Somehow there was a weird rainbow looking blob in the center of the screen. I figured that I would live with it. The next day I put my phone on my night stand face down and the tempered glass broke! At least Zagg replaced it (per their lifetime warranty). It did cost $10 For shipping and handling. I had reservations about applying the new one since the last one was awful. I again followed the directions when applying. This time no rainbow blob but now it's impossible and frustrating to type! It takes away all the sensitivity of the screen. Terrible. I will never buy again and would never recommend.

I was given only two choices of protectors for the face of the S8 this being the better one. The problem I have noticed is that it is not attached securely and slides around. Another issue is it makes it harder to text.

I feel more secure with it on my screen than not. The Galaxy S8 it too expensive to not have it. It is not very touch sensitive though. It's not bad but I have to push a little harder than just touching the screen.

Easy to apply. Does the job of protecting the screen but at the cost of the screen touch response. I have to tap things like 5 times to get it to open, it's so annoying! I'm considering taking it off honestly.

Went through 2 of these before changing to a clear invisiglass screen cover. Touch screen very difficult to use with this product on. Also there is an edge that is raised caused the glass to pop off and crack.
