This glass shield is too thick and comprised the sensitivity of the phone's touch screen. Would not recommend at all and is over priced. Best Buy will not let you return or exchange this item. Buyer beware.

The reason for the 4 stars and only reason is that it breaks really easy which is good cause it absorbs all the shock but I had to replace it already in a week I had it to best buy which is awesome they let me return it and since I payed for them to put it on every time it breaks for eight dollars more just one time when I purchased it was great but I only have maybe a couple times left till they won't and I'll have to send it in to the company then wait for me to hear back then get the new one then go to best buy to have it put on lol but still great protection product :)

Purchased 4 phones and 4 protectors. 1 cracked after a day and had horrinle touch sensitivity. 1 is very touchy in the middle. 1 is touchy in just the upper right corner. 1 has been hit or miss .

I got it last night and also paid to BB to have it installed it for me and as soon as I left the store I noticed how difficult was to use the phone screen. What I mean is that you need to apply more force to start applications or do whatever on the screen and it just doesn't feel natural. Also close to the edges of the screen protector you can see a line that interferes with the beautiful screen. I will return this product ASAP.

This product reduced the sensitivity of my display to a point that I could barely get the sides, top and bottom to work. In the middle it was a bit more responsive but if you did not apply more pressure it would not respond well. I had it 24 hours and was done at that point. It was making me dislike my brand new phone that with out the shield awesome. Removed and purchased the one that was not glass. So far so good.

Case is protective and has a very good view of phone. Problem is that it doesn't recognize all the key taps. This requires several hitsir back paging and starting over. Perhaps the cover is too thick?

The screen is well protected, and having the glass be curved made it easy to apply. But the S8 does not have a sensitivity adjustment and the glass will significantly impact the responsive display.

My wife and I both purchased the screen protectors for our new Samsung Galaxy 8 phones. Within a month both of the screen protectors had cracked (not the screen itself). On both phones the sensitivity of the screen was severely diminished by the protectors. I have real trouble pulling down the screen. The Best Buy and Samsung people have told me that it is an issue with ZAGG protectors and the curved screen. The ZAGG person tells me it is an issue with the installation and the case we have purchased for our phones. The ZAGG person also said it will cost $10 to replace them but couldn't guarantee any better performance. I can't recommend buying this but don't know what to say about screen protection.

This glass screen is very thick, making using the touchscreen very difficult. I feel like I have to pound on the screen for the touch to register. Very frustrating to. Although very protective.

The screen protector came off easily when I first got my phone and my cats hair gets stuck on the side easily since it is curved. But it does protect my phone, I dropped it once and it is fine.

This screen protector never settled the way it Should have. I needed to pound on the screen just to be able to use the phone. I used the warranty to get the sapphire. Much easier on the hands

Once I installed this on my phone I could not operate the functions easily. It hindered the touch sensitivity and then it came off and cracked. I would never recommend this to anyone ever!!!!!!

I have had this product for my Note 4 and it did well. I bought it for the S8, it fit okay, but the response was so bad I could not use the phone. There is no way to adjust sensitivity on S8. It became so annoying I took it off and returned.

This glass cost $50 and doesn't fit the entire screen. Also, I'm 6ft 230 and I was having to bang on the phone in order to type. It makes it extremely difficult to use and is overpriced.

It's good protection but starting to lift on bottom and top of phone after less then a week. Don't know if it's the product or the person at Best Buys didn't not install it correctly.

I purchased this product because I was told it was the best. After a couple of weeks, I started getting random cracks on it. I contacted the company and I got another one since it has a lifetime warranty, I hope it works better this time.

This protector inhibited the touch sensitivity to the point of frustration. It made it hard to type or scroll. The sticky edges didn't hold well and it ended up popping off after a week. I didn't bother replacing it. Not worth the money.

This product does not stand up to the Zagg promise. I dropped my phone at work today and my screen protector cracked like a broken windshield from top to bottom. I'm so disappointed after spending so much on this little piece of plastic.
