With the new phones all having curved glass on the side it's easier to crack the screen protector glass with putting on and taking off phone cases. I've already had to replace 1 - which Zagg was exceptional on the warranty coverage. I see this as a recurring issue and hope through some engineering this issue can be solved in the future.

I dropped my phone face down on concrete and the shield shattered, thankfully there was only very minor damage to the phone. Received a replacement for the cost of shipping but didn'tseem to fit as nicely as the first. I suppose the shield served its purpose but I am not a fan of the curved screen because I it is subject to easy breakage.

They work really well at protecting your screen especially since my husband’s phone managed to have a cracked one in an otter box (work hazards) so far so good. Plus I love their lifetime warranty so I don’t foresee switching anytime soon
