The screen protector cracked but the phone was not even scratched. Per the limited lifetime warranty, the company did replace it for about $10 in mailing/processing fees.

Just go to the web and work it through. Hopefully the next one works out better, but I guess it did its job, the PHONE screen didn't break :)

Within the first few days of buying it, the screen protector kept shifting position & completely popping off. Exchanged Tech21 case for a Speck case. The Zagg glass curve screen protector works much better with the Speck. No problems thus far.
