Great they offer replacement - but have to pay 9.99 to ship replacement as well as pay to ship damaged one back. After shipping fees, I'll pay $20 to get new one. You can purchase protector for $20 that will last longer than this one! Protector is VERY slippery. If placed face down on notebook, plastic console, etc the phone will slide without touch.
