I had to buy 2 of these because I was sure it was my mistake that the 1st one broke, well the 2nd broke as well. It doesn't stick well at all. It kept falling off and I would have to place it back on. Didn't like this product at all.

Adhesion is very poor and is too thick to type or swipe with ease. Have had these before on all my phones that were great, but this one for the S8+ is the worst! I had to press to text and press swipe. It felt thick and more plastic than glass.

Purchased phone about 2 weeks ago. This screen protector was recommended by Best Buy because it fit the curved front of the Samsung 8+. Cracked yesterday. Now I will head back to Best Buy to get a replacement if possible (so I don't have to pa shipping) or order a replacement for $10.00 (Shipping). So did the product work or not. Well, the main glass screen didn't crack....best I an do folks. I wish I could update after I get back from Best Buy. And yes, I did sign up for the free warranty (Zagg). I am pretty sure that the salesman at Best Buy told me they could replace it at the store. I will make my way today. Hope I don't have to pay $10 each month for a replacement. Not good

Warranty is great. Excellent customer service. Fits my S9+ screen perfectly.

I purchased this item about 2 weeks ago and when my phone slipped off my lap, the screen protector came off as the phone hit the floor. Thankfully, the screen didn't break, but the only thing holding this screen protector on is the glue on the edges.

This glass brand sucks. I've put lots of zaggs on phones over the years and this one went on about the same. The adhesive had worn off within a week and the cover just fell off. I'm putting a regular zagg on that isn't the glass kind.

I'm always dropping my phone and this has saved it numerous times. I did drop it once where it hit just right to actually crack the saver, nothing happened to the phone, and I called the company and they sent a new one right out. I recommend this to all my friends. Definitely worth the money.

I thought this would protect my phone better but it didn't.

very disappointed in this screen shield. previously it was a skin applied onto the phone screen NEVER had a problem unitl this thick new option was placed on my phone it stayed on for about 3 weeks and is usually at the bottome of my purse.

This protective shield is garbage and does not seal worth a darn. It took the Geek squad two shields just to get it partly done right. The edges get dirt and debris under it and my previous one cracked. How does that happen! Not worth the 50 dollars spent but I have to have something to protect my phone.
