The phone was dropped approx 3 feet onto a concrete floor, no damage to the phone. The InvisibleShield Screen Protector was cracked in two different places, but the phone was undamaged. I have a replacement request to Zagg at this time.

Dropped phone on carpet floor and popped of again one week later. Screen only is stuck on the outside edge. Not enough sticky tape to be secure.

I was told there is a lifetime warranty so that is good however, now the hassle of trying to get a replacement.

This morning my 3 year old knocked the phone off the table, the phone landed facedown and the screen protector shattered!

I've already dropped my phone once and the protector cracked. It's all but impossible to get a replacement out of ZAGG. When they do send a replacement, it what they want to send and usually it's right.
