paid for them to install this product for me and then she instructed me not to put it I to my pocket as the glkue on edges need to dry..... needless to say I did so thinking this was a complete seal screen cover and then I find out after it falls off that it's not I started noticing dust behind the screen at first and then the edge started lifting hence reason I knew it wasn't complete seal..... so took it back and employees treated me with no respect and acted as if I was in the wrong but finally called on other manager to give me a refund!

Price was good and had them install had dropped my phone a number of times and cracked the glass took it to the zagg station at the mall and replaced it for 10.00

Purchased this and it didn't last but two days. The screen popped off and we found out the sticky part is only on the edges not the whole thing !!

I would never buy this again. You practically have to break your fingers to text!! It fell off the same day they put it on!! Never again.

This last only one day it pealed right off and stayed off lol.. ....for fifty bucks i paid it should of lasted at least a week....no good!!

There is a slight space around the perimeter of the glass that collects dust and debris. Middle is clear, edges have to cleaned periodically. Maybe curved edge creates this situation

This keeps the screen looking really clear and clean . I dropped a steak knife on it and I was instantly worried since the sharp tip hit it but no worries as it is fine.

Even with the curved edges, the screen cover does not correctly fit the phone. Does not lay flat on the corners so is constantly making noise every time the back button is pressed.

I went back to best buy 3 times to re install the zagg screen protector because it wasn't placed right. Even now you can still hear a clicking sound on the left corner when you press it.

Adhesive was not strong enough to adhere to phone for very long. Broke an fell off somewhere? Never could find it to send off to get replacement. Expensive purchase at that.

I bought the galaxy S8+ screen protector for my S9+ because BB employee informed me they are the same. I pd to have screen protector installed and it is terrible. I don't know if it was the way he installed it or if it was defective. He adjusted screen sensitivity, but the phone doesn't respond well. I have to pound keyboard with finger quite often to get it to work.the edges of the screen protector are coming up, and I hadn't even had it for a week. I am sending it back for replacement hoping for a better outcome.

Sales rep said this was the best, lifetime guarantee yada yada. Thing fell off in a day as the adhesive is only on the edges of the product

Was not impressed with quality will not buy again. It literally cracked while a geek squad employee was installing it.

I applied this to my Galaxy S8+ right away to give some protection to the curved screen of the device. I wish Samsung would get rid of this curved glass, I hate it.

The shield came off the phone almost immediately, Wasnt sure if it was more related to the product or install at Best Buy.

This screen protector has cracked numerous times and I would not recommend this purchase, only have to pay for shipping and handling over and over again

Not only was this an incredibly expensive screen protector, it rendered my screen nearly useless. Touch sensitivity was minimal. I was unable to accurately use most of the screen. The edges were impossible to use for any pull down or side menus. The cover also is not compatible with many of the cases for this phone. NOT only that, but ZAGG cannot issue a refund as they do not have any connection with Best Buy. But they can gladly supply me with UNLIMITED replacements of their worthless screen protectors!

It broke within 24 hours of buying product. I dropped it and it broke. I don't think it was installed properly by the Best Buy employee.

I decided it was time to upgrade from my Galaxy S4. Best Buy had a GREAT DEAL, so I chose the Samsung Galaxy S8+. LOVE IT! Great sound, great look, great features, GREAT battery life!

was not happy with the screen case for my phone. the case wouldn't stay on properly and would constantly unstick itself from my phone.
