Screen protector is brittle and won't stick. Bad 1

This shield cracked in the first week and fell off.

This screen protector was installed at about 8pm last night and by 6am this morning already has lint and dust under the edges of the screen. Maybe it should have came with a warning that you can't put it in your pocket? I can't imagine how grungy it will look after weeks or months of use. The screen protection seems to work although I haven't done anything to damage it yet. It shows fingerprints BIG TIME! The kid who installed it told me how great he was at it after having done so many so it can't possibly be an installation error, right?? ;-) Going back to BB tonight to hopefully rectify the situation.

I was a bit unsure about buying this product because of the price and some of the reviews were not that great but I am very happy now.I dropped my phone and was afraid to look but the Zagg curve did just what it said it would, no damage to the screen at all and I got online and they sent the replacement in a few days, my wife is a believer also after paying $175 to get her screen repaired she now has a Zagg also highly recommend this product

New phone gets new protector, installed by Geek Squad onsite. Invisible as advertised. 1st drop and the shield shattered - protected my screen very nicely! The replacement process was easy and quick. 2nd protector stayed on for a few days then simply detached. Yes, phone and screen were squeaky clean and again the professional installation process was performed. Had a 2nd phone in the family go through the same experience (minus the drop) and the protector detached after a couple of weeks. No extreme conditions, no harsh usage. I think the curve on the sides of the 8+ may be too much of a challenge for the design, given the sideways pressure that may be exerted on the shield during normal use.

This $50 glass screen protector is the worsed one I have ever bought. I am a big fan of zagg glass screen protectors and this one is junk. Only sticks on the curved edges and dirty still gets under the protector and it also popped off just 48 hrs after I bought it. Zagg get your stuff together and make a product that is worth $50.

Please do not purchase this Screen Protector. It does not stick to the cell phone screen. You are wasting your money. I have purchased two times and each time failed.

Bought one. Within 2 weeks it came off with a bunch of broken lines. The store replaced it free. 2 months later the same thing happens. Go online to get a replacement. They want 9.99 for S/H. REALLY ZAGG! If I pay that every few months it will be ridiculous. I will look for a better alternative that actually doesn't rip you off with a replacement fee like Zagg does.

This is the fourth replacement I have had on this screen protector. It is weak, cracks easy and not worth the price. I'd stay away from it.

I bought this case for my brand new S8+ I applied it as soon as I got home and even though it was a brand new phone I still cleaned the screen like they said to. I followed the instructions perfectly and it never stuck right, by the next day dust was all under my screen protector. I contacted the company and used the warranty they sent one out for free, applied the second one after VERY CAREFULLY cleaning the screen and very cautiously applied the second screen protector and THE SAME THING HAPPENED and this sticks worse than the first. So in conclusion, do not waste your time or money.

Purchased this shield for my S8+ and it won't adhere to the edges of the screen. Do I return the shield or do I contact Zagg for a replacement? Why is best buy even selling this stuff. Take it off the shelves!

Bought my first back in July 2017 and almost immediately had to replace due to popped off when it fell. Luckily it protected my phone before it cracked. Had to pay shipping which I think stinks just to get another one under warranty. Now, replacing my second one and paying yet another shipping charge. Doesn't adhere well at all. Needs to be taken back to the redesign table. I agree with other user's, for 50.00 it ought to be much more reliable.

The screen protector does not do the job. The glue is only around the edges, and even after only one day, there was dust getting under them. The glass actually popped of a few times the first couple of days. Because the interior part of the glass has no glue, it is actually raised up a bit from the screen. This means you need to press down extra hard for your finger to get to the screen. A real waste of $50.

it fell off my lap getting out a camaro and cracked in a million places. says its glass but its cheap plastic. last screen ballastic glass one i bought of a different brand lasted for 4 years no cracks. i mean technically it did its job and protected my phone once. can't return to best buy after 1 week.

For $50, you simply expect it to last more than a month. Best Buy sales associate recommended this product and now says the company doesn’t recommend S8+. My bigger question for Best Buy is why do they up sell this $50 waste of money if it is not recommended.... In addition to recommending it Best Buy reinforced the lifetime replacement and warranty from Zagg. What they conveniently forget to tell you is you must pay $10 to ship the "free" replacement. At least Best But waived the installation fee for the replacement. I cannot recommend Zagg to anyone based on the poor quality and poor service. My final step is that I have to ship back the broken screen protector to avoid being charged again! Ridiculousness

Find something better even if its just the standard plastic protector. Straight garbage! It looks nice and thats it. Cracked it 3 weeks and it fell off by itself shortly after. Instead of replacement, they should be offerring a refund!

I previously wrote a glowing report of this screen protector. Wish I had waited a few months to write about it. I did want to mention that I had Geek Squad install the screen so I assume it was installed correctly, and it is a defect in the screen itself. After 3 months, the edges of the screen protector loosened and were dirty, the entire screen protector loosened and made clicking sounds when touching the screen then the entire screen popped off. I expected more for $50. Huge waste of my money.

Purchased two one for my daughters S+ and one for mine. in less than a month my daughters developed cracks. A month later and mine had done the same. The "Lifetime Warranty" is a joke!. ZAGG use to make decent, reliable protection for devices. Now, it looks Like they make 5$ screen protectors that they make money off of by charging 10$ for replacement shipping!. Avoid! in Comparison, my ZAGG product from 2013, still going strong 5 years later. Sad

I went into BestBuy today, and not even an hour later, I had to go back to the store because I couldn't even use my phone because the screen protector won't allow me to scroll up or down, as well as not being able to text. The geek squad guy said thats how the screen protectors are made! I had so many screen protectors from ZAGG and never had an issue until today. I'm very disappointed!! I would definitely not recommend this product.

This Zagg screen protector is terrible for the curved screen Galaxy S8+ I have had two of them in less than 6 months, they just keep cracking close to the edges.Yes they do have a warranty with them, but Zagg does not tell you that they charge you 20 dollars shipping every time you get a replacement. I will try a different brand this time, A waste of money.
