It cracked it with my thumb smoothing the bubbles.

There isn't much adhesive across the top of this screen protector. It started getting dust behind it after about a week. After that it just fell right off. Had it installed by the people at best buy.

Keyboard and keypad very difficult to use nt happy

The glass has cracked but my phone screen has not.

I am constantly having to touch an icon or letter to open an app or go back. The screen protector is not transfering my touch on the first try in most cases. Taking a photo requires multiple taps which often means a missed shot. Not to happy with it

which there was another product which provide the protection but does not reduce screen sensitivity. word of advice, spend the $10 more and have BB install ; it comes with free replacement if the shield falls off over time.

I like my phone but the glass screen protector is not for me. The glass protector is too hard and when I try to text it takes too long. I have to continually tap a letter. It’s very frustrating. I’m going back to the soft plastic screen protector.

First, the actual product is decent. Downside is a black boarder around edge which can interfere with display. Product support not so good. Zagg has gone down hill over the years, unfortunately Bestbuy doesn't readily sell other screen protectors.

I thought this was a good idea to purchase since the reason 4 my new phone was because I dropped my old one and the face cracked. It turned out to be too hard to use my phone. I did have to return it and amusing my phone without a faceplate

Doesn't fit properly, even with installation tool, therefore affecting the phones touch screen. Very very annoying when trying to input text!!! Display, however, is good and no issues with that. I have since taken the screen protector off.

I did not like this glass screen protector. It popped off after dropping it once. The thickness made it hard for my phone to recognize my finger. I returned it for the plastic one.

It is way too expensive, but I dared not leave the store without one on the phone. The sales person that put in on the phone for me shattered the first one she tried to put on.

I followed the directions to the letter, was very careful in cleaning the screen and placement, still ended up with air pockets. It worked, but only if I pressed extremely hard. Ended up taking it off, $20 down the drain.

Warrenty is horrible they charge u $10 every time u need to replace. If had it for 3 months and have replaced it once because it wouldn't stick.. and now cracked in 2 spots and have gottenglss in my fingers because of it . Seriously I had the regular one before not the glass and had no issues . This sucksi have to spend another $10 to replace again so over all I've sent $50 on this not worth it unless u just never use yr phone. Also half the time I swipe or text it doesnt read it . Wast of money will never buy the glass one Asian but I'm stuck with this for now . Next time it cracks it goes in the trash

This was the only screen protector available for my s9+ and it looks great but it affects how I can use the buttons etc on my phone. I have to sometimes repeatedly tap on my phone to get it to work. Kinda frustrating

This product was highly recommended to me as the best protection for my new phone. I dropped my phone a few days after purchase and the Invisible shield cracked. So my "free" replacement cost $9.99 shipping. Two months later the replacement just fell off. I had taken the phone each time to Best Buy for assistance in putting it on the phone so it was done correctly. So here goes another $9.99 for my second "free" replacement. My husband bought a phone and Invisible shield at the same time and he is on his second one. All of this happened in a period of three months. Seems like a pretty good racket.

This glass protector keeps the screen from getting scratched and protectes it. The otter box that I purchased didn't come with a screen protector so HAD to get this.

It broke after one fall, don't buy it. It is super expensive and it doesn't survive one fall. Huge waste of money.

The protector broke as soon as I left the store. I don't know how, because I didn't drop it. It also doesn't cover my screen completely. Unhappy with this product.

Not worth the money. It is only a plastic film that covers the front part of phone. Not worth the $40 charge. Over price.
