It seems like a very good and protective screen but you have to press on it hard when using it the phone. It's not sensitive enough to touch. You can also see every fingerprint and smudge on the screen.

My wife has went through two of these, and they crack at nothing. Mine on my Note 9 has already cracked as well. Not worth the money. 2 stars for the company being willing to send replacements.

Have now return this 3 t I'll mess to best buy. This screen is one of the worst screens I have ever seen! Adhesive won't stick more than a few days

Folllowed instructions to install and it fit perfect. Glass broke from a drop of less than a foot. Customer service was fast to send replacement but it broke within a couple days too

Thought It will be my phone cover forever . Did not last 2 weeks. On the upside has an excellent product warranty. They replaced the broken one ASAP when I told them my phone shield broke !

BROKE en route to my home. Sent me a new one. Broke on my phone the next day. Paid for the "free" replacement with Zagg and they sent me a plastic one instead of the glass.

The glass is too thick and prevents the apparent flexibility needed to get the keys to respond when txting etc. Constant need to repress much harder thus slowing down the fingers.

My husband and I purchased our Samsung phones at Best Buy and decided to purchase the screen protectors and cases at the same time. We bought the Zagg Screen Protector. Within two weeks both of them had cracks in them. We contacted the manufacturer and sent them back. Once we received the second set it happened again. I'm in my 40's and work in an office. I've never cracked by screen protectors before. I was extremely disappointed with this product and will buy the Best Buy brand next time.

I don't care for this screen protector bc I do not like the way it fits over the curved screen. It makes it more difficult to use the phone bc you have to press so hard.

The first Zagg screen protector cracked on my phone shortly after purchase in spite of the phone not being dropped or damaged. The company sent a replacement.

Fails to adhere to the center of your screen. Renders the phone nearly worthless. Best Buy made it right with another product.

This is an expensive screen case, but is mediocre! It does not fully cover the screen and I can always see light coming through on either side of the phone case.

Its a great protector but I do not like the border. Black border on the sides should not be there. I was disappointed that even the standard glass included this.

Had this product for a week and its already coming off. bought one for my phone and one for my wife. Both coming off..

Placed it on and easily came off the phone. Fingerprints showing - constantly wiping it clean. Replaced with a much cheaper protector.

This protector makes your screen lose sensitivity, even with the adjustments made in settings. I took it off within a week because I was unable to text.

Will not buy again. Every couple of days this pops off the phone. On my other phone it popped off after 1 day.

Glass only has sticky around the edges. This seemed fine until it started getting dust under it within about a week. I'm pretty careful we with my phone and the glass is still in great condition otherwise, but it collects more and more dust as time goes by. Best buy tells me I have to mail it back to Zagg to get a new one, if they seem it a manufacturing defect. Not happy and it's hardly worth my time and the cost to mail it back to deal with them.

It functioned well until it fell off after 6-7 months. Returning it for replacement was a pain. It might be better with a different protective case.

I got this screen protector for my phone, went home, then put it on top of my amp. It fell 1.5 maybe 2 feet and there's a crack in it already
