We installed the screen protector on a phone that uses an Otterbox Defender case. The screen protector doesn't completely stick to the phone's screen. The side edges of the screen protector hit on the sides of the case, therefore, not allowing it to completely stick to the phone. The screen protector popped off on the first day after a drop. I wouldn't recommend it for use with an Otterbox case.

Will not stay on phone. There is no stickiness to it and with a cost of $50, definitely not worth it

Sadly, this product was difficult to put on the screen and did not provide the protection I thought it would.

all the glass screens for the Samsung s9 break. I got a basic plastic shield and works way better.

Haven't dropped it yet.the screen protector has a high reflection. I do like that it covers more of the screen vs previously used protectors

Put the ZAGGZ screen on my S9 plus and within 2 days the ZAGG cracked in 2 places straight across the screen! And and I had put the sceen sensitivity at the highest to make the touch screen super sensitive because the fing ZAGG causes ur phone touch capability to be crippled...now I have to press hard on my screen to get the phone to work...ZAGG is horrible! Oh! Not to mention the screen cover doesn't wrap around the sides wasted $50

Lasted about 4 days before it cracked and fell off the phone, barely even touched it, my keys rubbed it in my pocket and it cracked

Good for protection but doesn't make using the phone very easy due to how hard you have to hit keys to get them to respond.

The screen protector cause a tough feel on the screen. Forcing me to have to press even harder to use the keys. I had to remove it

It only lasted about 2 weeks, then I put my phone in my back pocket and sat down, and it cracked immediately. Not really necessary.

The extra glass shield is not necessary. I wasted money on this item. Made it difficult to operate phone. I had to press really hard to get some functions to work on my phone with the extra glass shield. After two months it popped off and I left it off instead of mailing it in to get a replacement. My phone works so much better now, and the glass cover that comes with the phone works very well protecting the phone which i love.

I had a lifetime warranty on my screen protector. I went to the store to have a new one put on my phone and the eek told me their is know longer a lifetime warranty. I asked then what did my lifetime warranty mean, if it is no longer lifetime. No good answer, had to pay. In my world I honor what I say. Guess Best Buy has a different code they follow. Sad day at B.B.

Made screen sensitivity bad and covered some of the screen edges. Also only stuck for about 2 days.

Great for a month then cracked then it's a lifetime warranty but gotta pay for shipping 10 bucks

Great resistance but unless it was installed improperly by best buy, I have to hammer down punches to get the screen to recognize it.

The adhesive is only around the edges. You have to buy the Elite glass for full adhere (ZAGG customer service informed me of this). My S7 had the same glass and when it got water on the phone It seeped under the ZAGG. I ended up getting a "non-curved screen". The 9+ dosen't offer this through ZAGG. The good thing about the product is their customer service/support. Im getting an Elite mailed to me......

So first off this glass broke within a week with being dropped on carpet. Best buy replaces for free for 2 weeks, but for 50 bucks it should be stronger. After 2 weeks you have to go through the manufacturer. It covers ok, but when you use edge functions and pull down from the top for settings, notifications, etc You can feel the edges of the glass which is very disappointing. It also changes the touch sensitivity too much.

I bought the screen protector to obviously protect my phone but the protector interferes with the touch screen feature on the phone

We took phone to the Arlington store. The Geek Squad rep ordered the screen protector. When we went back to the store and get it installed, it didn't fit, and we were told that Best Buy couldn't get a screen protector that would fit. So much for a lifetime guarantee.

Works at protecting my screen, but have to press hard and slowly to text or anything to work. Ive had better luck with the $5 ones.
