The touch response is terrible even with sensitivity increased. You can feel the screen protector flex in the middle of the screen since it doesn't sit flush. The black sides also block some of the screen. The edge lighting is completely blocked.

This screen protector made pushing any buttons nearly impossible! I had to press a key several times before it would respond and it usually required a significant amount of pressure. Also, the black ring around the protector voids the luxury of having an infinity screen. If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have.

I bought this item at the beginning of the month to protect screen on my new cell phone. My phone fell out of my pocket and the glass protector cracked but also broke my screen underneath. Thought screen protectors are suppose to protect your screen. Not this one!!!!! I would not recommend this item to anyone.

I had the screen protector installed before I left the store and it fell off a week later after a 2ft drop. On top of that it is so thick you have to change the setting on the phone because it decreases the sensitivity of the touch screen. Unfortunately it was the only screen protector had for purchase at the store.

It shattered 3 days after I bought it. Not happy at all.

This thing cracks if you sneeze on it. Their quality has really gone downhill, I feel that are now just relying on their name to sell cheap products. I have replaced it three times already.

Might be good for some people but I'm on my 6th protector in 9 months.

Within two weeks of purchase I noticed that the screen was "clicking" when I touched it. I purchased this glass shield to replace one that did the same thing. Only it just popped off when dropped on my carpet. I've used these for years with no problem, but have purchased my last invisible shield.

This product did not work well with the otter box. Had to remove it.

keeps screen safe from minor scratches but wont protect from cracks.

Since putting this on, having trouble texting and clicking on my phone.

I wanted extra protection for the screen. This was installed by the Best Buy rep and within a few days, it came off. Went back to the store and request a replacement. They installed another which also did not stay on the phone. Total waste of money.

I bought it and it broke in 10 days and it broke not good.

This product is a good idea, however, it hasn't been perfected.

It fits just fine, the issue is the screen doesn't read my finger for some reason, i need to push really hard on the screen. I had to take it off since i am constantly on my phone and this was too much of a time waste. Never had this issue with any other screen protector.

Such a waste of money. It doesn’t stay on right. Covers my information on the top line that’s battery life etc. Had to text. Just hate it, hate, hate it. I think it mainly due to the curve of this phone. I love the phone but no one can seem to make a decent screen protector for it..

Touch registration is sporadic and I have to press quite hard on the left edge of the screen. I also have a good amount of dust under the protector. I thought it was an isolated incident but this screen protector is a replacement of another glass one that had the same issues.
