Cracked after two days and was not even dropped...

It cracked in 1 day I will never buy it ever again

Returning the items. The screen cover is not good.

This was by far the easiest screen protector I have ever installed it went on 1st time absolutely perfect the installation tray is a very well thought out idea and i got a perfect install no air bubbles no problems. I never thought I would pay 50.00 for a screen protector but to protect a 900.00 Device its a small price to pay

Within a month of having my 9+, I had to replace my screen because I scratched it with my engagement ring. I immediately ordered a Zagg & received it a week ago. My husband was able to install it without any problems & I was really impressed with the clarity, the feel of the Zagg & the touch sensitivity. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the black stripe down the side, which slices the edge of the phone in half...but not a deal breaker for the sake of protecting my phone. I was really pleased until this morning when I took it off the touch charger & went to use it for the first time on my way to work - no drops, no hits, etc - and found that it was cracked on the edge (like something had smashed the edge) & had cracks splitting off from the edge (like a windshield when cracks develop from the original site of impact). It has since continued to split off from the original crack & I will have to remove it (as it is sharp), but of course I'm nervous to be without protection again, as I've now had my screen replaced & had a damaged zagg (for no reason) within a week. Once I am off today, I will contact Zagg customer support & hopefully they will be willing to not count this as my one replacement for the lifetime of my phone, as it makes me pretty uncomfortable that this screen protector is sensitive enough to crack without any impact.

There's not going to be a perfect screen protector for a partially curved screen, but this comes close. I dropped my phone (face up) and the screen protector simply popped off, which is the only issue. It adheres mostly to the sides. However, the installation process is super straightforward and easier than ever. You no longer have to be a huge neatfreak to put it on properly.

I really wanted to give this product 5 stars. Mostly because it was sooo easy to install. I usually have issues with dust on the screen causing bubbles or not getting it on straight, but I had no issues at all with this. It installed perfectly. I also have no issues with the touch sensitivity. I have to press just slightly harder towards the edges but not even too much. So if my review was based solely off those things, it would be 5 stars. I took it down to 3 because the screen protector is not wide enough for the phone. I can see the edges of the screen outside of the screen protector. And it also cuts off the upper and lower corners because of the black outlines. I wish they made this completely clear and slightly wider and then it would be perfect. It's good enough until I find one wide enough but I'm still disappointed I don't get full use of my huge screen especially when this is not a cheap phone or screen protector.

I had this installed at Best Buy and they did a very good job. However, I discovered some issues after I got home and put it to use. The clarity is very good, and it appears to fit well, but the sensitivity is horrible. It also makes a clicking sound in the upper right corner. I am guessing this is due to a small air pocket. I tried to smooth this out, but that caused the screen to slide to the right (I was able to center it again). Do not expect to play games well with this screen protector. Response time is not nearly adequate. Waste of money.

I have had 2 of the original curved glass zagg covers for my Note 8. The first was installed at Best Buy before I left with my new phone. Turns out the young man who installed it didn't even take the "Easy Install Tray" out of the box so it was installed to high and I couldn't pull down my notifications. The second was installed perfectly, but the touch sensitivity was horrible. Probably because the cover only contacts the phone around the perimeter. I contacted Zagg and was told there was an "Elite" version coming and that I could exchange for it. Waited two months... Got the "Elite" version. This cover contacts the entire glass front of the phone. Has great touch sensitivity. HOWEVER, since it touches the entire phone it is much harder to install without bubbles under the glass.

The glass went on perfect. The only thing wrong with the screen is the black lines on the curve, they cut off pretty much the whole curve of the screen. I wish I would have known this before I spent $50. You think they would have fixed this due to the high demand. Maybe I just got a defective one?

It earns a 2 because it Does protect the screen, however it breaks VERY easy. If I had a bunch... I'd be replacing it twice a week. But since I have to order and wait, I Constantly have a phone that looks broken.

We bought our two new Samsung Galaxy S9+ phones at Best Buy, and the salesman recommended this Zagg screen protector. It took very little time for these (on both phones) to crack! We went back and got replacements with a small charge for installing them. Then again they broke. Last time, we paid Best Buy about $18 so they'd install them and we'd be entitled to get new ones installed whenever needed. (Should have been a big hint!) For the third time in less than 12 months, these things are cracked. Both of them, again! Neither of us subjects our phones to hard use. They ride in our pants pockets (not with anything hard, like keys), but these "protectors" have broken again. And Best Buy now wants us to get the replacements from Zagg, and then they'll install them. Zagg won't send two at once. You have to get the replacements separately and pay $10 shipping for each. Plus, if you don't pay to ship back the broken ones, they'll bill you $50. Ridiculous! The bottom line is, these flimsy things are useless. Don't waste your money. Find something better!

This is not a true Glass Curve-Elite. I contacted Zagg because this product does not have full adhesive on the screen protector. Zagg is replacing it free of charge. Beware the one I got has two strips of adhesive up the edges. That is not how a Glass Curve Elite is designed. I hope Best Buy can return the ones they have and get them replaced with the correct ones.

I bought a Samsung S9 Plus and have been waiting for the Zagg screen protector and Best Buy finally got the new ones in and had it installed at Best Buy and can say i have never been so disappointed in my life. After waiting all this time its obvious they did not test these new protectors you have to touch and touch the apps to get them to work especially on the outside edges all around the phone and is really frustrating using the keyboard nothing on the outside edges of the keyboard works unless you try several times

Bought it from best buy and had it installed. The protector is extremely weird at first since it doesn't fit completely over the curved screen and cuts some of it off. About a week later I dropped the phone and the glass popped off, so just reattached it. A couple weeks later I accidentally hit the phone and the corner cracked. Zagg replaced it for about $7 bucks. When I tried to install the phone using the directions in the box, the screen shattered on me. I had to wait a week and a half for the first return to complete and then I could order a new replacement for $7. This time I watched the videos and followed them completely to the T and the corner cracked when I was pushing an air bubble out. I would never get an other Zagg.

It's sad that this product comes with a limited lifetime warranty and when it cracks they want $10 for shipping.... seems like I'm paying for shipping and the cost of a new protector.

Within the first month it cracked. I had to pay $9.99 to get it replaced. Then within 2 weeks it cracked again. I do not drop my phone and it has a case on it. This is just going in and out of my purse. I was going to do it online but they said they would charge me the $9.99 so I asked if I could do it in person at a store to avoid that fee. So I went to a local store and they charged me the fee anyway. Now it is broken again. If I have to pay $9.99 every couple weeks I will be paying more than my original purchase price. I will never buy a product from them again.

I purchased my Samsung s9 plus 7/23/2018, before I even left the store I had the technician install this on my phone. The touch sensitivity is terrible, I couldn't use any letters or numbers on the edges even after changing the sensitivity level, but there was also sensitivity issues with everything, edges being the worst. You had to hit each # or letter or app at least 5x to get it to work, annoying to say the least. Then after 2 days it just fell off. Also the black strip along the edges looks terrible. I'm shocked, Zaggs products are usually great. Poor design on this though, not worth the money paid.
