Glass cracked within 20 days,, went back to best buy,,, said I have to go through zagg.... need to register product, pay for shipping ... mail old one back.... leave a credit card number.... product says smudge proof.... it's the dirtiest screen I've ever seen after texting.... does clean well though... very poor product.... please save your money, or buy a different brand.... sorry zagg... I work hard for my money, and I feel as though I just threw away 50 bucks.... I would rather buy a different brand than pay for shipping after using the product for less than a month.....

I purchased this protector at Best Buy when buying the phone and the Best Buy sales person was clearly very good at putting these on because it looked beautiful. It did decrease screen sensitivity, but this was easily fixed in settings by increasing sensitivity. I loved it, but it cracked in less than 2 weeks. Now I have to pay not only for shipping of a new one, but also for Best Buy to apply it again (because I know I won't do a good job on it). Also doesn't protect the entire screen. Unhappy with this product.

I've had my phone about 5 months and I've had just as many screen protectors in that amount of time. They are so easy to crack and they pop off even easier. I've NEVER had a screen protector fall off until I got a zagg one. When you go to use your warranty you still have to pay at least 10$ for shipping. I have spent just as much on shipping as I have on the original screen protector in just 5 months, that's one a month. I've had 5$ screen protectors last for a year, this is cheap and a wasted of money.

I usually love ZAGG products. This protector was installed at Bestbuy when I bought the phone, so the screen was never touched prior to installation. The protection screen popped off 3 days after I got it. Also, the black line going around the edge covers up the curved edge of the phone, which, isn't that the whole purpose of the phone? so you can see the edge? It also isn't curved enough so the light will come out from where the screen isn't reaching.

This is my third replacement and I'm absolutely sick of it! The edge does not completely cover the screen. After 2 days of installing it, it chips, cracks, etc, out of no where. I pay for the replacement postage, wait, install it and then it repeats. At $5 each time to get a replacement, I'm literally half way to buying a new one! The only silver lining of all of this is now I'm an expert at installing these things.

I am now goingto be replacing this for the second timein 1month broke and didn't even drop it. Does not cover screen completely and does not fit as good as it should. Almost like it's a little too small. I wish they would fix tofit better. Not impressed.

I love the feel of this protector but...... the black side bands defeat the purpose of the edge creen display!

I bought this for my phone the beginning of this month in the store. I had to replace it 2 days after it was installed. I paid the $10 for the replacement to get shipped. I installed it Friday night. Here it is Tuesday and I need a new one already. I haven't dropped it or done anything that would cause this to crack. Save your money and look else where.

I figured the price would grant me a quality experience, but it did not. I am frustrated beyond belief. Swiping from the edges takes 3 or 4 attempts to get it. Sometimes I feel like I would get better results from a hammer. I know it is this screen protector because a different one did not do this. I feel like I flushed $50.

I'm on my 3rd one in less than 2 months. Wish I could get my money back. The glass just cracks for no reason. One was in my pocket with no keys. Another was just sitting on my counter less than 30 minutes after install. DO NOT BUY! They do not have the curved glass protection down at all. The one I had for my Note 5 was amazing!

I cannot believe less then 2 weeks the screen broke. I have spent 50 dollars for my screen to not be protected... I used to loved Best Buy products, but this is the second time that something i got there did not work. Only email me if you are not gonna give me the run around. Super mad!!

When I touch my Screen to start texting a friend it couldn't pick up my finger tips it's not very good and it's not clear on my phone on the glue is not good. I would not buy Cover again from my phone.

Its hard to apply and doesn't protect your screen for an impact or drop. Sorry I waste my money in this
