It did what it was supposed to

Then I dropped my phone. A whole 2 feet. In the car. It hit the metal seat runner and cracked. But, it did what it was supposed to do. It protected my phone which would have been much more expensive to fix. Of course I ran out and bought another of these screen protectors. Well worth the price.

Cant Find Anything Better!!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this brand when we first got our phones, these screen protectors saved mine and my wifes'..thought i'd save a few bucks and buy some other brand...total waste of money..went back and bought these once again..now best buy will honor the lifetime warranty, as long as you use your reward card..so perfect if you ask me!!

The screen protector got cracked a year or so after I bought it. So I had to go online and request my free replacement. It was user friendly and b I ordered it only had to pay shipping. When I received the replacement I sent my cracked one back to them in the postage paid envelope and I was done.

The previous protector did its job as after having it for two years I dropped my phone on asphalt and while the screen protector cracked the phone screen was undamaged. No questions asked by Best Buy as they readily replaced the damaged screen, no questions asked.
