The Valparaiso sales staff is always helpful and courteous (cant say the same about the other local BB store) The Samsung Galaxy 9S has been a little challenging but it was a major upgrade to go from a Galaxy 5. Samsung has been our phone of choice since we had their flip phone.

Best Buy replace my Amour Shield Screen Protector with the Zagg as they were out of them. I love the Zagg. The Glass is so much clearer.

Zagg shield is way better than any regular screen protector in the market. It actually prevents the phone from great damage and with warranty I get a free replacement.

I recently purchased another brand of screen protector. From the moment I got it it started making a crunching sound every single time I touch the screen. It fell off within five minutes. I returned to the store and got another screen protector, same brand, thinking it was just an isolated bad screen. That one took two days before it popped off. That’s when I returned and bought a zagg screen. Have not had any problems since and I will never again buy a cheaper brand of screen protector. This is a case friendly screen protector meaning that certain cases will not pop it loose like the cheaper brands.

Just a simple screen protector bit the warranty is outstanding! Actually second to none.

For my Samsung Galaxy S9+, it is easy to install and should anything go wrong (by my own negligence I will buy this same protector again. Very satisfied.

Early yet, but has already survived some average drops. Seems resistant to scratches so far. Fits curved edges well and was expertly installed by Best Buy staff. Kudos!

Great accessory for your phone I've already dropped mine a couple times walking and no issues easy to apply but read directions and YouTube videos as reference

Really like it. Clear and fits great. Just wish the cut out was only around them speaker on the top of phone. Been using it for couple months no breaks no scratches.

This screen protector is a must have especially for such a expensive phone. Fits well and doesnt left around the edges well it hasnt for me yet I have no complaints

The girl that sold me my S9+ put it on for me & it is great. Easy to clean & see through almost like no protector at all.

I like the glass shield. I had one for my last phone. They seem to be great protection. That said...I seem to have a problem with the touch sensitivity. It may be because the screen has a curve to it but I have to tap/touch a bit harder. I'm getting used to it.

I always buy ZAGG because they make great glass protectors and Bestbuy will replace it if they install it for you. That's if it breaks in the first place.

This is definitely the best screen protector to get for the S9+. It's only about $30 on sale and has the best coverage, is case friendly and has the best warranty!

I have dropped my phone many times and the phone is not affected, only the screen protector gets damaged. They replaced when it wouldn't stick anymore.
