And the replacement was no hassle at all, can't beat that. My phone has been dropped numerous times as I keep it in my shirt pocket and just about every time I bend it falls to the ground.

Doesn't completely cover the screen so it blocks some of the interface. Popped off right away and found out that the little tiny black strip around the protector is where the adhesive is so that's not very secure.. It comes with this tray to help you align it on your phone...which is such a waste because you don't need it since the only adhesive is on the tiny black strip (which I get because it is glass). But you can't mess up application if you tried because dust can't stick to it nor will bubbles form since the protector itself isn't sticky. For this price, it should be better quality. Not to mention, even with the sensitive touch turned on, I still have to press harder than I need to for things to register.

If you need a cheap protector than this is it! I am too cheap to spend 200 on a glass protector and I don't like the bulkiness of an otterbox so this is my best option. I've had to replace the protector 1-2x a year only because of basic wear and tear

Once I removed the shield everything returned to normal. Tried another shield and had the same results. Also, I feel like these shields are over priced. There are several other options available for half the cost.

I like zagg products but they really need to make a glass protector, not this plastic film.
