While it does seem to protect the phone screen well, I dropped the phone from the bathroom counter to the (vinyl covered) floor and the screen protector popped right off. It was then that I realized the only adhesive on the cover is the VERY thin "black line" that runs around the perimeter, which is actually the worst part of the caver itself as it blocks the edge of the screen to a degree. I will be seeking an alternative replacement.
