Easy to install.. but why

Worst of all is Zags insistence to put bezels on all the edges which do not line up with the phone so I lose the screen on the edges of my phone. Very poor design

Also with the warranty you have to pay 9.99 for shipping every time it needs replaced, also we waited 6 weeks for the replacement, due to backorder of the product. So I just went to the store and bought a new one so I could use my phone with a screen protector

Do not waste your money

The sales person talked us into the purchase of a glass protector. I have never used one on any of my galaxy phones, but said yes this time due to the curved edge of the s9 plus. The screen protector does affect the touch sensitivity of the phone even with the settings changed. Not a big deal but does become a pain when using the key board. The first screen protector we bought broke when the phone was dropped, the whole screen protector shattered. The second glass protector on the other phone cracked up the middle from a simple touch of the home button. Total waste of money. Best buy did take the first one back, And I will be returning the second one. If you would like a glass protector I suggest checking out anything but this over priced junk.

Now in 4th yr, have had at least 5 replacements. Quality change? Zagg will not be first choice with next phone.

Not worth the price

Dropped the phone and the screen protector came off completely was able to put it back on but it’s not the same. Not worth the price. Also you kind of have to press hard on the screen when using the phone because the glass is thick.

TOO EXPENSIVE AND DIDNT PREVENT CORNER OF SCREEN FROM CRACKING. LUCKILY I HAD TOTAL MOBILE PROTECTION, BUT THEN YOU LOSE THE WATERPROOF FEATURE.
