Have not dropped it and also have protective case on it but on a hood not Best Buy will replace it.

Not compatible with 12 Pro Max Notch

This is not true. While the overall dimensions are the same size as the screen. The notch at the top is not deep enough and covers the speaker/earpiece. I had to return this and exchange it for one that was actually compatible.

Cannot hear through the glass!!!

After a long wait because only one person was available in the department I finally go the phone back. What I did not notice was that the young man installed the glass over the speaker. Cannot speak to anyone without only using the speaker. Now must drive 30 miles back to secure a replacement!
