Replace screen saver

He was very confrontational and acting as if we were stupid and he knew everything. This individual does not belong in customer service. Your Walden Galleria store is also a mess. It is poorly stocked, looks dirty and dingy and looks like it is ready to close.

If at first you don’t succeed, tough luck buddy

I followed directions exactly. Dust specks everywhere on the underside so I had to peel it back and try again. I cleaned the screen protector and the screen again. Applied again, still dust specks everywhere, so I peeled it back again, and the screen protector cracked. Great. Thats $50 down the drain.

Love the new installation alignment tool

Covers entire screen and does not interfere with front facing camera. New type of plastic mounting alignment tool with holes. This will line up perfect with new alignment tool.

Absolute necessity!

Love the Edge to Edge

The edge to edge is worth it to further protect your phone from dust and debris that gets caught under the protector. Geek Squad always does a great job with installation.

Free replacement when broken

Phone was still good. Took my phone to Best Buy and they replaced the screen protector free. Warranty on the screen protector covered it.
