Cracks easily

Although it boasts of a lifetime warranty, iv replaced it 4 times in less than a year and, one of those times, it failed to protect tge screen underneath andvi had to repurchase a new phone! Not worthy.

Junk, customer service and company is rip-OFF

I was told it had a life time free replacement if it cracked. It cracked. Now they want $15.99 to replace it. What a rip-off. Both ZAGG and Best buy will not replace it without me paying money. It is not work the price if you have to purchase the "FREE" replacement.
