The screen protector we had installed on our new phones over a year ago cracked on my wife's phone. Best Buy honored the lifetime replacement and issued a credit due to price change on item. The staff was very helpful in getting us through the pricess of replacement.

You should never go without protection. A bit pricey, but, if you are as carefree as I am, you know it's worth the investment.

has better seal to glass than most I have tried. Also fits better with after market protective cases.

My wife likes it just fine,she says it seems to be of better quality than other screen protectors she has used.

I had this on my phone less than 2 weeks. I dropped my phone and the screen protector popped off. So much for protecting my screen. I took it back to the store had a new one put on guess we'll see if this lasts longer than 2 weeks. If this product stays in place I'm sure it will offer excellent protection for my screen, it's quite thick.

Haven't dropped the phone yet so I don't know how much impact protection it will offer. It is very unobtrusive with a great fit to the screen and no noticeable reduction in screen sensitivity. (With enhanced sensitivity turned on.) However, the 'smudge resistance' seems to be pretty much non existent. I have to clean prints and streaks off the screen every time I touch the phone.

Fit nicely but dropped phone from about 18 inches and the screen protector popped off.

One product I'd never go without. It has saved me countless times from having to purchase a new screen. Durable and great quality. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully when placing on your phone initially as I've seen others not stick as well as it should due to improper placement.

Great phone, except when I'm typing out a text ,I'm always typing the wrong letters out. Maybe it's the screen protector

The cover protects the screen on all sides without leaving any air bubbles. It doesn't impact touch input or the size at all.

Id give it a 1...i spent 50 thinking i made an investment...i was wrong. I was listening to music during a shower and my phone had slipped off the ledge and hit the ground that made the whole screen protector pop off my phone. Not cool at all. Easy to.install, but also easy to remove. It needs better adhesive.

I like the look but it is way too expensive and I need to tap the phone harder to post!

Since I had it, it has pop off once. Other than that it seems to serve its purpose.

The installation went well and was easy but this glass protector makes the touch screen capabilities of the native phone screen much less sensitive so I would not recommend this screen protector. You can get the phone to work OK with it but you have to press much harder which becomes a big hassle - tried to do this for a couple of days before finally giving up and taking it off. Unfortunately we were on a trip at the time and ended up leaving it in our rental unit so ended up not being able to return but it was on it's way back. I will say we installed one on my son's iPhone 7 and he seems to be OK using it so far so perhaps it has something to do with the precision of the fit on the Samsung curved edge screen - not sure - but 100% sure it was installed properly and significantly took away from screen sensitivity.

switched from a Turbo phone so I had to learn a lot of new stuff but overall am happy with the Samsung Galaxy S-9.
