Had the best buy techs install the screen protector and the first one fell off. Second one stuck, but now after 6 mo there are specs of dirt/dust on the inside. Mine has seemed to protect the phone well, but my husbands cracked and he doesn't even remember dropping it. If it were half the price then it might be worth it.

I bought 4 of these and 1 came off after a few days. They say about 1 out of every 100 fails. The other 3 work great.

I've had to add this product on three different Samsung Galaxy S9's. My daughter damaged the first one, and so we got a replacement. The first two times that I had to put it on the phone; it was easy. The last time, I had difficulties with it. So far, I've had it for a week, so far so good. The only issue that I have is that if you have to replace it; they charge you $6 for sending it by U.S. Mail.

This is a nice glass screen protector but I worry about it getting cracked. It's more slippery than the plastic ones.

constantly kept sliding off the glass. replaced it with a new one. no issues since.

Got this screen protector for our 13 year olds new Samsung S9 phone. It was installed by the employee at the store, but seemed to go on easily without issue. It is a nice screen protector that hopefully will protect the phone, but keep usability at a maximum. The sale price was great too!

Has worked well so far. Sensitivity is better than the previous screen I was using.

These Zagg screen protectors are a must have for any new smartphone. First thing I have added to any new phone.

Good screen protector, but make sure its on securely. Mine fell off after a 2 foot drop (from the car) and shattered.

Makes it hard to use edges of phone for text falls off easy,sometimes have to press harder while texting.

This screen protector is priced higher than some but the replacement warranty is no-fuss if it gets cracked.

I paid extra to have the salesman install my screen protector, and after watching him go through the steps, I highly recommend it. I was concerned about the possibility of a hard screen protector affecting the sensitivity of the screen, but I don't think this is a problem at all.

Easy to install and fits well. The only drawback is that I feel that sometimes tactile response is somewhat slow.

If you have an expensive phone, do not get cheap with the screen protector. Zagg makes the best glass. Plus you have a lifetime warranty. My last Zagg screen protector was damaged. I filled up the form online and they sent me a new one in matter of a few days. Great customer service.

Will save phone screen however breaks regurally need to replace this one now

This cover, being the screen is curved on the edges, will not line up all the way to the edge, and the black border will cut off some of the imagery. Also it only adheres along the black border so it keeps air trapped underneath which you can see. Poor design, but does stop your screen from being scratched.

The black parts of this cover shouldn't be there for better viewing purposes. Other than that, it does it's job.

it holds up but keep coming off because of the curve !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty sure this shield would survive a nuclear blast ! Problem is, it makes the touchpad VERY hard to use !

I originally purchased a cheap cover for my phone, It didn't take much for it to crack. I upgraded to this cover and it's been awesome. It's not thin and flimsy like the other covers are. This one is sturdier. The warranty seems great and hoping I don't have to use it.
