The armor edge screen protector has popped off 3 times all 3 being brand new. This one is worth the price. I would not recommend the Best Buy branded one.

The Verizon store was out of the protective covers, so I went to Best Buy and they had just what I needed! Now my phone is safe from when I drop it!

Best Buy stands behind their products if something fails. The Zagg fell off and they replaced it no questions asked

Bought this for 2 phones. One is OK, but one fell off the first time the phone dropped. It was OK after that , but it fell off again yesterday. This item is too expensive for that to happen. Time to get in touch with the company.

I was encouraged to purchase this screen protector by the best buy staff. I purchased it and had them install it to ensure it was on correctly. I am sorry I chose this product. It has popped off my phone twice, not from being dropped or getting wet, it just pops/falls off. The adhesive isn't strong enough and now it is really just resting on my phone. It makes crunching sounds when you press on it, especially in the corners and I have to keep pushing it back down on my phone for it to stay put. It also decreases the sensitivity of the touchscreen more so than most. I am very diassppointed for the money I spent.

I went from an iPhone 3 years ago to the Samsung's. I had a Samsung Galaxy 7, Add just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy 9. I'll never go back to the iPhone's!

This screen protector is very ballistic I don't see how you could ever break the screen with one of these on your phone. I had to adjust the touch sensitivity.

I purchased the ZAGG screen for my phone. Careful when you use this protector when using a phone case. Dropped the phone once. The protector popped off and shattered. So did the phone. Not sure it is worth it for the S9

Very good product to protect the screen of phone. The edges were aligned perfectly with my Samsung S9. Give me a peaceful mind in case I dropped my phone.

This screen protector is nice and clear - only issue is that I find I have to press a bit harder when typing as it is thicker than previous one I used

Gives you everything you need and more to install it. The only downside is that even the smallest fall will create a hairline fracture and the black part covers part of the edge so it gets in theway when watching shows.

I've had trouble in the past with the glass chipping at the edges and cutting my fingers. I have not had that issue yet with this particular screen

The screen protector does work but does smudge alot. I have to clean finger prints off often. This also is my second one the first my phone fell from the bed to the floor 2.5 feet and caused a hair line scratch.

This screen protector is very shiny, and the curved edge doesn't extend all the way to the edge of the screen, so it obscures the edge control. Also, the protector actually fell off with a modest drop.

While the Zagg is a great product, due to the Samsung phone design the product pops off easy. This is the second one in a year I have purchased.

I always use this for all my devices sceeens. You can not beat their warranty!! They stand behind their products! I have all my family using them now
