This was easy to apply and provide good protection for the glass. It can be easily replaced when necessary.

The fit is workable and adheres well. You have to press quite firmly for the touch sensor to respond good screen protection

It works well, looks really nice and protects my screen. The only thing is that on the sides of my phone sometimes it is difficult to get a response from the screen due to the curved edges of the protector.

I’ve been using Zagg screen protectors for years and have never had one fail. The purchase must be registered for the warranty to be in effect, and Zagg does stand behind the screen if that is done. Zagg doesn’t replace the screen for free - there’s a handling charge (Zagg covered a screen for me that was self-installed and just messed up due to vague instructions). “Knock wood” we’ve never had to test the warranty for the phone, watch, etc.

Read some of these reviews while researching my options and not sure why some people had problems with this protector and the S9. I did not have any problems. Infact, it was true to every spec Zagg laid out in their site. I would like to try one of the privacy screen ones as well Overall, I am glad Best Buy offers these products and I find the Riverside store very helpful reviewing all my options when making this purchase.

This is a glass cover that fits well on the S9 phone. Installation is easy and hardly noticeable.

I have had Zagg screen protectors on multiple phones. I recently bought this one for my daughter, and I have had one on my S9+ for 2 years. The S9+ protector has done its job of saving the screen, but, I have gone through 4 of them - they seem to crack pretty easily. Fortunately, they offer lifetime replacement, so each time I have just taken it to Best Buy, verified my purchase and walked out the front door with no additional cost. The lifetime replacement policy is a huge selling point, in my opinion!

This protector is great. It is super easy to install with the guide. I was concerned about screwing up the placement on the curved screen but didn't want to pay the $8 for the install at the store. I took the risk and I am glad I did. The guide made it a breeze. It's on straight and secure. The glass is super smooth and sensitive to touch. Highly recommended even though it is a bit expensive. wish this protector was $20!

This screen protector cracked the first week I had it. Luckily zagg has a good replacement warranty on these because they are really expensive.

Although it was more expensive than screen protectors I've purchased in the past, this product is worth every nickle. Instructions and application are quick and easy. The robust nature of the screen protector is impressive. I did have to increase the touch sensitivity for my screen due to the Zagg's thickness but got used to it in a few days. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable screen protection.

Had the phone slide along the garage floor and had very fine scratches in the corner of the screen protector. Was glad I had it installed. It was annoying but not bad enough to have it replaced. Then dropped it one day and the screen protector cracked. Called the vendor and they shipped a replacement out at no cost. Well worth the initial purchase.
