This screen protector is not very good. A week into having my phone it popped up.

Its a nice screen protector but once my phone dropped the screen protector cracked

Had to return product. It was too small for my phone.

Cracked within week of purchased. All would do would send a replacement. That one also cracked. Called to complain to Zagg and said would send a different product. That products sells for less than half of what I spent. Total rip off. Please save your money.

I bought this product for my refurbished S9 phone along with an Otterbox case. At first, it was fine and and I liked the smoothness of the glass surface. However, a month later, I noticed a small hairline crack across the screen. I panicked at first because I thought the phone screen cracked but after further investigation, it was just the glass protector. I did not drop the phone, so I couldn't figure out what happened. The crack didn't bother me too much until I noticed more cracks a few weeks later. Again, I did not drop the phone. Now, I am upset. I don't understand how a product that cost $50 could crack so easily. I will be purchasing another glass protector from another company. Zagg is terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

Leaves space between the screen. Have to pound the screen instead of tapping.

The glass reduces the sensitivity of the touch screen, which is expected...

I had this screen installed by someone at Best Buy, which is great because for $8, they guarantee a bubble/dirt free fit or they'll try again with a new screen. I normally type very quickly and light, so this protector wasn't the best for me since you have to really press on the screen for it to register.

This is NOT Best buy's fault. This product is seriously flawed. Don't buy this expensive screen protector. Fortunately, it comes with a warranty that I was urged to send in immediately. No wonder. Best Buy sales personnel must replace a lot of these screen protectors, because they didn't bother to check my warranty when they replaced my original. Unfortunately, the placement of this screen protector is extremely difficult and cannot be peeled off and repositioned. When the replacement was applied, one corner was not covered. It quickly allowed liquid to reach the screen. When I peeled it off, it cracked. I use my phone carefully, without a screen protector, and have no problems.

So I purchased the glass zagg screen protector with my new phone. I really didnt want it but they were sold out of the traditional protectors. After having it installed I placed my phone in my purse I get home and it had cracked. Across the screen.. it is extremely fragile and I wouldn't recommend it.

So for some reason when you type on this the side where the A or L is on the keyboard are harder for accuracy. I am not thrilled with this as it doesn't really cover the Samsung S9 screen on the sides well. You can see light on the left and right of phone even though it wraps around it is not all the way over.

The ZAGG a premium screen protector fell off within hrs of geek squad application. Reapplied and continued to use, periodicly the protector fell off. Replaced under the ZAGG warranty after the company redesigned the screen protector. The updated screen saver much improved

Its ok It just doesnt cover the side edges on the s9 phone.

Dropped my phone and it popped off. Supposed to get replacement.

This rating would be a 5; however, the shield keeps falling off.

I purchased this because of the warranty. You really need it because it cracked on edge within days of applying. Application wasn’t super easy like others are. I ended up buying a different brand and cutting my losses.

I bought this product as a replacement screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy 9; however, the screen protector was okay for most part. I felt that it just did not cover the phones curve like other products might do. Otherwise, if that's not a big concern then the item is okay.

put this on my sons phone and it broke in the first few days
