Thick, hard to punch characters at times but compact and stirdy

The ZAAG screen protector looks great, and I'm sure it does a great job protecting the phone screen. However, it also makes the screen much less sensitive to touch. This was first an inconvenience, then became an irritation. I had to return it and find a replacement elsewhere.

The adhesive is only along edges , lint and crumbs made it's way under the screen protector, I would just stick with the film instead of glass I tried many glass screen protectors but no luck in finding a good one

Poor quality, not good, too expensive, not easy to touch.

Glass seems to really cut down on ability to use screen.

this screen protector makes my phone function like a first generation iPhone, terrible. The additional force needed to get the phone to activate makes for a horrible interaction. I'll be learning if the "lifetime warranty" is real as the protector is already cracked

Needs to be more sticky and protect phone thank you

This screen protector does not have adhesive on the entire glass, making it prone to getting snagged and pulled off. They make another one that has adhesive on the entire glass…. get that one.

Works better and has lasted longer than previous purchases. Not my favorite choice but it was the only item available that would fit my phone. Sustained a scratch on day one. Tedious to apply.

i would not recommend this zagg product for the Samsung 9 reason is that the phone has curved edges and 2 days after the salesman put it on my new phone it popped off. I live quite a ways from the store and have not gotten back up there to get it fixed,

It was nice for the first six weeks. Ever since then, there's bubbles and gaps and all sorts of crap stuck behind the glass. Supposedly there's a lifetime guarantee on it, but good luck trying to get that taken care of.

I am a Zagg fan, however i chose to go with another brand due to concerns over touch sensitivity. The brand i chose adheres with liquid bond glue. Other Zagg products are great just not the curve, i will say that this is the next best option.

Protected my phone for maybe a week. I then dropped my phone on my kitchen floor. The right lower side of my PHONE screen cracked instead of the screen protector. Probably would not buy again.

It cracked very easily after a few months of being careful. I then had it replaced and it lasted a few months again. I then went to CPR and then replaced it with a film that is working great.

Protector cracked then fell off my phone within 2 weeks of use. Absolute waste of $50. Protector was barely adhered to the device and simply fell off. I will be requesting a refund.

I had this screen protector on for less than a week and a hairline fracture appeared across the middle. I have a brand new phone and have never dropped it or kept it anywhere that it's gotten knocked around. Maybe I got a defective one.

Cracked first time droped. Zagg replaced with an "upgraded" screen but it keeps getting bubbles under the screen (which was installed by "the Geek Squad"). Maybe it has something to do with the S9 screen itself.

I've cleaned the phone completely lint free, then applied the cover and one week later dust was present under the lense.I blew on the lenses and it fell off the phone. Starting to notice lense is getting scratched already.

Unfortunately, this protector managed to crack on me within a week yet I take excellent care of my phone. Not sure of how this could happen. I don't plan to purchase or recommend this product going forward.

Has stress region that is very easily seen when wearing polarized sun glasses. Make this hard to use with sunglasses. Also, cracked in pocket. Perhaps cracked due to pressure of having phone and wallet in same pocket.
