I had a hard time answering calls, texting and putting in my security code. The touch was so hard, I would have to hit letter or number 2 or 3 times before they would appear. I thought that it protected my phone screen too but it didn't. My phone screen is shattered and there is a crack crease going across my screen. This screen protector was suggested to be the best one for my phone and it did not work. Highly disappointed

I really miss my old phone... never complicated in it's use and always responded perfectly whenever I used the adjustment tools. ... not so with new phone. It is extremely annoying. Will go back to Best Buy for assistance.

Not sure if the case sides pushed against the protector popping it off or not. Will be returning to Best Buy for a new protector.
