hard to keep clean smears constant clean all the time

Not happy with this screen protector. It keeps coming off.

The screen fell off as soon as the phone had its first drop.

I dropped my phone face down and the screen protector shattered in multiple directions and also fell off my phone. My phone is fine TG. I don't think it's glass either. It's not near as good as the one it replaced. I won't purchase this brand again.

I have had lots of ZAGG products over the years and, unfortunately this has been the worst of all of them. The "glass" product is incredibly durable, but I've wasted almost $100 on two of them and they will not stay on the Galaxy S9. It's very frustrating.

My last zagg protector was great! This one for the s9 is junk!! It doesn't cover the whole screen and only had it for a week and has air bubbles in it already and had it installed by the geek squad at best buy!! Wish I could get a refund waste of $50.

A small amount of liquid got on my screen and some how it got under the protective glass (between the screen) I had to pull the cover off to wipe it out and now it doesn't sit right on my phone and some buttons don't respond well.

Was not informed that it had life time warranty. Broke mine and had to purchase a new one from Verizon at the turn of $53. That one would not fit had to get another at verizon store. Sales person used 2 screen savers before he found one that fit.

This screen protector absolutely sucks! It makes it very difficult to type or try to click on anything on your screen. And after having it on for 3 weeks it popped off. And it will not stay on! Very expensive piece of crap!

So sorry I let the sales rep convince me to buy this screen protector. You have to PECK at the keyboard to get a response...sometimes multiple times. Don't waste your money unless you frequently drop your phone. In short...it's a PIA.

Shield falls off or cracks with ease. Requiring you to get a new one. They claim lifetime warranty but if it cracks every month. (And it has so far) to still pay for shipping everytime and someone at best buy o put it one again

Poor quality for the price it is. I had to switch to this because of how much trouble i was having with another one and same thing keeps happening with this one. Very poor quality.

This lifetime guaranteed screen protector shattered day 1. Tried to return it to Best Buy, who said, “Nope...send it to Zagg.” Had to pay $10 shipping for new one, which also broke. Not worth it!

This product never fully sealed onto the screen due to the curve nature of the glass. No matter how many times you swap it out it never fully cures to the screen due to the curvature.

Once my glass screen protector was put on my phone it was hard to text I had to push really hard over and over for it to take...even pushing a app it had to be pressed really hard..I returned it to the store

There was no 'stick' to phone side of glass protector after I pulled protective coating of off inside of screen protector. Package appeared to be brand new, working with ZAGG support to get this resolved

first one fell off after a few days was replace no problems by ZAGG (online). 2nd one failed to protect phone after being dropped which resulted in $250 screen repair.

I purchased this on July 4th and had it installed by the Best Buy Team. Today, it fell from my purse while I was getting into the car and shattered. I will not repurchase, I will not recommend.

i've had 3 of these on my phone with in the last couple months, it makes it hard to tap apps and type, this is the worse Zagg ive ever had on any of the phones ive had.
