The glass curve for my S9 was applied early July 2020 and fell off two weeks later. $7.99 to order my "free replacement." I chose not to order my free replacement for $7.99

I purchased the shield for my new phone. Within 48 hours I noticed the shield had a tear. The phone was never bumped or dropped. I'm very disappointed in this product which was purchased to protect my phone.

I had this screen protector on my phone for less than a week, and my phone was IN MY POCKET and the glass of the protector was spider webbed when I took it out to answer a call. Total garbage.

The directions for putting on the screen protector shows using an application frame. The frame was to small so I had to apply it by hand. The glass cracked in several places while putting it on.

Keeps screen free from scratches but alters the touch sensitivity way too much. You have to practically bang keyboard and icons to get it to work. I do not care for this screen protector very much.

Best Buy clerk affixed the screen to my new phone. The screen was cracked within 48 hours of purchase. I contacted the company for a new screen and am currently waiting on that shipment.

Screen cracked very easy do not like I have had to replace 3 times and it cracked again.

Worst screen protector ever. If you re l;cuky enough to get it on without bubbles the very first time the phone twists the least little but, it cracks and is worthless.

It popped off the phone and broke the first time I dropped my phone. The glass was installed by the Samsung person at the store. I dropped it several days later

Fell of after 1st week. Trapped pet hair dust inspite of being completely wiped clean before installation. Then it cracked in half. Dollar store junk for 50 bucks! Do not recommend.

Only owned it for about 2 weeks and it starting to come unglued. Some lifetime warranty you have to pay $5.99 for replacement. Also wish it would fit better on. S9. Don't recommend

There was no squeegee, necessary for applying the shield. Email to Zagg went unanswered. It is surprising because I have always used Zagg with great success and satisfaction.

Only had the new phone for a couple of days when the screen protector was badly scratched. The scratch kept getting larger and deeper while waiting for the warranty replacement

Invisible shield glass curve screen cracked within 2 weeks. No I didn't drop or bang phone. Don't waste your money.

Touchscreen sensitivity was affected and less than two weeks after purchase I dropped my phone from no more than two feet and the protector cracked and popped off

Glass curve screen protector came loose when phone was accidentally dropped. The screen protector shattered when I tried to replace it on the front of the phone.

Small drop and it popped off. Screen broke on my Galaxy 9. The Best Buy employee put this on. Didn't help and now I'm out 150 service fee. Not recommended.

So far it sucks with the Galaxy X9 had to replace one and soon i will have to replace the one i have as it doesnt really stick due to the curve on the phone

I had this on my phone only 2 days when my phone slipped out of my hand and hit the sideboard of my car and the shield cracked returned it and got the film .

This entire screen protector popped right off of my new Samsung Note 8 and I didn't notice it had until I found it intact in the sofa cushion a week later.
