I was used to otterbox but was introduced to this since most cases don't come with a screen protector. My phone fell at the right angle to pop off and it absorbed the impact like promised.

I purchased this with my Samsung S9 on July 13. I have always had excellent experiences with my Zagg products. However, I had this in the pocket of a tote bag while on vacation. I never pulled it out of the pocket until we got back to our condo. As soon as I did, I realized that there was a crack across the middle of the screen protector. I could understand if the tote bag had been dropped or if the phone fell out, but it was untouched the entire day. I have requested the replacement via the warranty and paid the $10 shipping fee. I would guardedly recommend this to a friend in hopes that it was just a faulty one and the new one holds up from the brand I have grown to trust. Just make sure you register it in case yours fails as well so you are covered with the warranty.

NEW CURVED GLASS FACADE OF THE GALAXY 9 NEEDS THIS TYPE OF COVER FOR PROTECTION, ITS VERY VULNERABLE WITHOUT. IT DOES MAKE THE SCREEN A LITTLE HARDER TO PRESS SO MORE EFFORT IS NEEDED.

I've only had it a couple weeks. It seems okay so far. I only gave it a 4 because for the price of it, Best Buy could put it on for free, instead of charging $8. I passed on that part.

This screen protector works so much better than the other brands. It stays on great

I was nervous to apply to my phone but ones I watched the video, read the instructions and laid everything out...I was ready. Wow !! It was so easy with this red application tray, it guides you to lay it down correctly. I did get a air bubble the first time so I lifted the corner very carefully and reapplied....and no more bubble. I was very impressed how easy it went on. Great product. Feels nice and smooth too.

Great protector, Looks like it will work well. A little expensive. But what can you do.

Really need this for my wife's phone. She doesn't drop her phone often but when she does it usually is at the worst possible time. So this will protect her screen from her little accidents.

Have only had it on for a couple of days and it seems like a good purchase. I did have to increase sensitivity. Be careful not to let dust get between phone and protector. Easy to install.

I cracked my phone ZAGG - InvisibleShield by leaning on a lip of a counter top. The shield did it's job without fail and protected my phone. Now to ship off for the replacement.

Gets the job done and I learned my lesson from my last phone...just get one. I thought it could be a bit sensitive on the keyboard. But that could also be me adjusting to a new phone.

It protects the phone screen awesome but I seem to have to get a replacemt every couple months or so. Seems to crak quite easily for the money it costs

I've used zagg screen protectors for years and I have never had any issues and if you do manage to break them Zagg will replace it no questions asked for free you just pay shipping

Fits the phone really nice, but not to tough itself. One drop and it spider webbed the whole screen. Fortunately it save the phone screen.

I have dropped my phone more times then I would like to admit. The screen protector has cracked, but not my screen.

Had some fitment issues but the company replaced with a different one and when my phone fell onto the sidewalk the Zagg shattered but there wasn't a scratch on my screen.

This was easy to install. And protected my S9 screen on more than one occasion

Worth the couple extra dollars to get the nice fit and clear protection.

May have to adjust the touch sensitivity setting on your phone due to curve in the screen protector. Before doing so, I noticed I had to push a little harder when touching the screen to type or select things on the screen. After changing the setting it's much better. The price is a bit expensive but with a price match and knowing if it cracks I can get a new one, I'm glad I bought it.

Had for over a year and only got a hairline crack on the protector because it must have fallen and hit at just the right spot but you can't see it. Still works fine.
