i installed it on my new s9 it fell off 3 days later

Doesn't work on s8 properly. Try a different brand.

This is the first time I've ever spent as much as I did on a screen protector, but as I bought an expensive phone I want it protected. However, after only 3 weeks, the SCREEN PROTECTOR FELL OFF!!!! I was shocked, I've NEVER had one fall off, and like I said, I was buying cheap ones before for all my previous phones, spending $10 at the most. I didn't mind spending $50 for this, I just want it to work probably and last at least a year for the money I spent ! Maybe I just got a defective one, idk, but other than it falling off, it is amazingly clear and you can't even tell it's there most of the time. I will probably try to get the one I bought replaced, as it's been less than a month and I believe has a lifetime warranty anyway so that's always a plus !! Would rate 5 stars if it hadn't fallen off.

I don't buy any other brand of screen protectors except for Zagg...This one for the S9 is SOOOO much easier to install than any of the ones for the previous Galaxy S phones thanks to the included installation tray. They're expensive but their replacement warranty is easy & hassle free.... I cracked mine by accident trying to get an air bubble out & in less time than it took me to install the screen protector on my phone, they had my new order processed & ready to ship at no charge. They're products are great & their customer service is amazing (and they have online chat - if I have to call a company, I won't buy their products) :)

i bought the Zagg curved screen protector from the best buy store location. they said this is the only one they sell. even tho the Zagg website shows a higher level available. so i went with this one. the screen protector was easy to install no bubbles, however i heard an immediate cracking noise while pushing around the edges. the screen protector shows little dots throughout when held at certain angles. i assume it's the dot matrix it uses as the "glue". i knew this wasn't gonna be a good case because when i'm pushing on the screen i can hear what sounds like little cracking glass noises. the screen collects a ton of finger prints. its really bad. then today the finally breaking point. i was typing and the corner cracked up the side. this screen protector is the worst one i've used. my last protector i used lasted 5 years this one couldn't last 3 days. look else where!!! not worth wasting awaiting 50 bucks on crap!!!!

Bought phones on Wed last week and have went through 3 protectors already. The 1st some how ended up with a small drop of water under it btwn the protector and screen. The 2nd just seriously popped off being dropped on the carpeted floor with a case on. My mom purchased her phone on the same day and her screen protector already cracked with out being dropped. Even with a warranty how is the product saving the phone? Adhesive is barely on the protector. I have never had a screen protector just pop off the phone. NO GOOD DO NOT BUY!!!

Being that i had this screen protector for my Galaxy S3, s5 and s7. It was without hesitation that i would get one for my Galaxy s9. Its good to get a product and feel comfortable sticking with this brand.i love the way the touch feels when scrolling up and down, left to right. Its almost like silk but for screen protectors

After having for about one year, this protector has saved my phone many times over. The protector itself cracked, but the phone screen is as good as new. Well worth the cost!

This brand is always recommended to me so i finally decided to try it for my new S9. It's expensive, but you get lifetime replacements which is cool, but you have to pay $10 every time to ship the new one. This screen protector requires you change your touch screen sensitivity to the highest setting otherwise you have to punch your screen to type anything. I cracked this protector after a mere 3 hours of purchasing it, all i did was set my phone down on the counter while slightly bumping into another item and it shattered. I dropped my phone from a height of about 2 feet and the whole protector popped off the phone. The second star is only for the fact my screen itself hasn't cracked yet.

I have used Zagg products on the past for many phones and have never has an issues, but for the S9, this is a horrible product. In the last 2 months my wife and I have each had to replace the protector 3-4 times a piece! In previous experiences, I never had replace, but with the S9s, they are extremely susceptible to cracking. Sometimes it will just crack when I pull it out of my pocket without doing anything at all. We take care of our phones, and both of us are having major issues with cracking. Zagg will replace the screen protectors, but you have to pay a $5.99 shipping fee each time, which is adding up quickly (given the amount of times we have had to replace the protectors.)

I originally had the hd invisibleshield aand had it replaced with the elite curve due to issues with the other one staying down. The elite curve stays down on the edges, but it isn't really clear. Part of it is, but if you look closely at the picture, you can see it has a black frame on the screen protector. It blocks most of the curve on my phone from sight, yet i can see the glow of it around the edges of the screen protector. This very expensive product actually makes my screen smaller and takes away the curve. Zagg really missed the mark with the s9 screen protectors. Very disappointed. I expected this brand to perform better.

Yes it protected my screen and felt nice but a fall off the nightstand popped the whole thing off not even a month after installation and then it cracked that way. I had registered it for the limited lifetime warranty but a lot of good that does me when nowhere near me honors the replacement and they want $10 to ship one to me. I feel like I wasted $50 for less than a month of protection.

I went to Best Buy to purchase to purchase a Zagg S9 screen protector and found out that Best Buy pulled all of them from the shelf. I should have seen this as heads up not to buy the product, but I did anyway. I now understand why Best Buy pulled the product. It's horrible, you can't get all the bubbles out of the screen. I've used Zagg in the past, but this product if defective. Zagg doesn't even want to refund my money unless I pay for shipping the defective unit back to them. Horrible customer service and quality testing by Zagg.

Got the screen protector when I bought my phone on 9/1/18. there was a chip in the protector within the first week. I was very careful with my phone and still this happened. Ordered replacement from ZAGG they returned it as undeliverable (which is ridiculous). Now on 10/4/18 - two more chips which have led to cracks in the protector. This is a pretty pathetic excuse for a screen protector. I've ordered a replacement again from ZAGG (who knows if I'll ever get it) but I'm starting to look at other options. For the amount of money this protector is, it's a joke of a product.

I had this put on my S9, as I was told it was the best BestBuy had. A month later it was cracked, but it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY, right? Well....It does, for $10 shipping. So, $10 later they don't have one in stock. But I'm "on the list". A few days go by, and I call again...and again...and again. Until FINALLY, I get offered a lower cost version as a temporary fix until the expensive one arrives from China. Yes! 4 months later, the "cheap" one is still on my phone and I may never switch.

I felt pressured into buying this from the sales person who explained to me that with the curved screen, this was the only protection on the market. With the Lifetime Guarantee, I went with it. Big mistake. Kept falling off, dust and hair kept getting trapped underneath. Wasted $98 on two of them. I contacted the manufacturer who told me their "Lifetime Guarantee" was limited and they could not help me since it was bought through a 3rd party like Best Buy.

I've had Best Buy install 3 of these now (they keep trying to replace it, which is nice of them) and every one comes unstuck from the phone. It also makes it really hard to use the touch screen because the glass is so thick you have to press really hard to get the phone to recognize your finger. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

The proctor works but will not stay stuck to my phone. Currently on 3rd replacement for same phone.
